在商業街附近，出行，吃飯，逛街，都很方便。房間稍舊，但是乾淨，晚上安靜。門外有天井，很舒適。老闆人好，問了水果店和菌鍋，推薦了兩家我們都去了，好吃不踩雷，期間還有退房問題調整入住時間等等，都好溝通～

位置在步行街上,樓下是珠寶巿場,旺中帶靜!樓下有小吃街,吃飯逛街都很方便!公寓有二層,有2個洗手間，2張大床，整個房間佈置得很温馨温暖，而且又乾淨衞生整潔！非常滿意！希望下次再來昆明遊玩！

民宿位置非常好，下樓左轉出去就到昆明老街。房子配套非常滿意，乾淨整潔，有鍋可以自己煮吃的，我們專門去超市買了雞蛋煮給孩子吃。老闆也耐心仔細，發了詳細路線圖到民宿，體驗感很好。孩子很喜歡帳篷還有毛絨玩具，回來就讓我給他個一模一樣的甜甜圈抱枕😉

想住在金馬碧雞坊附近，但是附近酒店不是設施陳舊就是性價比不高。再三考慮在攜程上選了民宿，風鈴子家的民宿地理位置方便，進户的時候每户門口都會自動亮燈，非常人性化，老闆還為我們準備了桶裝礦泉水，全程無接觸式溝通，非常舒服。樓下就是昆明老街，晚上非常熱鬧。最後提個小小建議，房間WiFi信號有點弱，特別是2樓，希望能小小提升一下。

入住體驗很好，房東特別熱情，細心，周到，告訴附近便宜的停車場，還有入住時的各種細節。房間床墊睡着很舒服，房東還給多準備一個枕頭。離昆明老街特別近，步行300米左右，周圍有各種小吃，總之，入住特別愉快，會推薦給朋友。

位置絕佳 背靠昆明老街步行街 面對南屏步行街。但是房間內部樓梯很不方便上下 特別是對長者和孩子。房屋水管有黴味 自來水燒過後還是有很重的黴味。不能飲用 房間沒有礦泉水 我們每天自己買水。不推薦長者和小孩家庭入住。

交通：在最繁華的南屏街上，前面是商場，後面是甬道街、樓下有小吃、聶耳故居，挨着老街，翠湖一片，門口50米公交站，很方便！
屋裡環境：經典複式房，在公寓裏，適合一家老小，價格實惠，剛開始以為會吵，住了兩晚很安靜，屋裡陽光明媚！
有電熱毯、取暖器，電磁爐、洗衣機，挺方便的！
客服很周到熱情，會主動提前聯繫，告知很多居住細節和温馨提示，贊

房東態度很好，很熱情。確實在市中心，出行方便。就是如果一個女孩子的話可能住的有點害怕。房子是比較老式的，在一個巷子裏面的一個老式居民樓裏面。房間沒有空調。傢俱比較陳舊。個人建議燈光可以換一下亮一點的燈光，太暗了。洗澡噴頭也可以更換一下，因為太老式所以水不是很大，打在身上也很疼。
