位置不難找 在小區裏，但是小區樓下大早上就各種聲音 因為在二樓的原因吧，樓下有超市 小區裏就有 這很方便，但是裡邊的設施略顯簡陋，沒有一次性拖鞋，電視機也是壞的 反饋了房東小姐姐 説去買新電視 也説過需要打掃下衞生，至少毛巾 浴巾換一換 垃圾收拾一下 但是完全沒有 衞生間洗澡地漏下水堵，滿的到處都是。這價格在同德附近算是性價比還可以，但的確不打掃衞生，不換洗漱用品，第二天連牙膏都沒有了，也沒有換一下，刷牙的都沒得刷的，這就有點**了。床還嘎吱響這就尷尬了。懂得都懂。總結來説 不滿意的還是後續服務跟衞生，還有設施，沒有空調 電視也壞的 洗手間地漏也堵 紙沒了 也沒有更換，還好自己還帶有一點，不然尷尬了。唔 我個人而言 3.5-4顆星吧，後續不會選擇入住，個人意見。大家各取所需。

真的是垃圾中的垃圾，和圖片介紹一點關係都沒有。而且這明顯是被人住過的，被子是亂的，拖鞋毛巾所有東西都是用過的，桌子上還有很多用過的衞生紙。結果老闆一直和我扯這沒人住過，你自己腦子有毛病真的當所有人都是**！垃圾垃圾垃圾，要訂房的謹慎點

🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東是非常好的女孩，房子是精心佈置的，很漂亮，衞生相當的乾淨，衞生間很大，東西也很齊全。房東非常善解人意，有什麼事和她講，回覆的很快，很虛心接受，雖然沒有見過她，但通過微信溝通，覺得她是一個非常善良的女孩，住了兩晚，也沒收住房按金，訂房時有註明交按金100元。周邊吃的很多，距離同德廣場不遠。
