Xiyue Moon Yunxiang Hotel (Kunming South Asian Style Diyicheng Dianchi Branch)

This is the first time I write a review for a hotel. I checked in after seeing reviews of this hotel online. Overall, the price was more than 200, but I experienced a service experience worth 500 or 600. From the moment I entered the lobby, the service staff greeted me warmly. Brown sugar ginger tea, ice cream, juice, and milk tea were provided in the lobby for free, which made my eyes light up. The only drawback is that the subway is being built at the door and you need to walk 20 meters. Everything else is pretty good. When I booked the room, I didn't see clearly that it was a windowless room. After confirming the room type at the front desk, I just asked if I could change it to a room with a window. I paid the difference, and the lady at the front desk directly upgraded me for free. Entering the room, the room is clean and tidy, the decoration is in a simple style, the toiletries inside are placed independently, the towels and bath towels are very clean, the bathroom countertop is also very clean, and there are no water stains. It's very comfortable overall. It also provides free laundry, free foot baths, various care products, and office supplies, which is really considerate. The location is also good, opposite the business district, with everything to eat, drink and have fun. There is a subway station 100m away, making it easy to go anywhere. Highly recommended to stay! ! !

酒店周邊就是商圈，購物什麼的還是比較方便的；房間是投影的，幕布還是比較大的；服務挺好，有免費的冰淇淋和泡腳，旅遊黨還是覺得不錯的；衞生做的也挺好，整體還是比較滿意的。推薦！

這家酒店很不錯，他們家老顧客了，位置挺好的，離地鐵站不遠，也有商場在不遠的地方。附近吃的也挺多的。乾淨衞生！設施環境都不錯，房間挺寬敞的，[**]酒店人員服務態度挺好的。

酒店周邊環境不錯，交通也方便。店內衞生、設施、[**]服務人員的服務態度也都很滿意，早餐也還不錯。特別是大堂還有免費的冰淇凌和薑茶，有機會還會選擇的

性價比很高，很難想到這個價格有這麼多的服務：免費的泡腳、冰淇淋、洗衣服等等！ 酒店就在鬧市裡，購物逛吃非常方便。設施衞生也保持的很好！很推薦！

酒店挺好的，很新、床單被套乾淨，床墊和枕頭非常舒適，工作人員很熱情耐心！周邊環境也不錯呢

親子房很大，倆娃小度小度的喊都快忙不過來了，有超級大的投影，早餐豐富。離地鐵站很近比較方便 養生足浴雙人套餐:很棒，走了一天泡泡很舒服 冰淇淋是倆娃和我的最愛 額外的免費提供也不錯，很貼心啊。 總之，親子房間大，衞生較好，服務貼心，早餐很棒，勝在位置和服務。
