Quick check in, good service. I wouldn't recommend staying in this location of Kunshan, it is very loud right outside the hotel. The hotel can let guests know the times when breakfast is available, I didn't get a chance to try the food.

和爸媽出來玩，訂的家庭豪華套間，很乾凈，很人性化的設計，有茶具可以免費使用，還有兩個房間，兩個衞生間做了乾濕分離，空間也很大，很舒服，中央空調也很暖和，父親説要推薦給朋友這家酒店，下次還會選擇這家入住，很舒服，推薦👍

看着攜程上的評價很好，評分5.0，所以選了這家酒店。結果在淋浴間被碎玻璃渣子把腳給劃傷了。打電話給前台，前台根本沒問傷的怎麼樣，嚴不嚴重，直接就説那讓客房送創可貼過來。客房到了以後，説這是你要的創可貼，然後走了。客人在你們酒店受得傷，你們連一句關心的話都沒有，這樣的服務，不知道怎麼在酒店行業做。本來想投訴，想想算了，在此寫下這次經歷，希望其他人能看到！

酒店位於市中心，購物餐飲都非常方便，酒店環境衞生不錯，前台接待服務人員態度很好，唯一不足的是酒店停車位不多，還好最後一個停車位由我停車了。
