The breakfast buffet in the morning was also top-notch, with fresh food and a wide variety of both Western and Chinese options. The staff were all very professional and polite during check-in, and whenever I had a request, they were prompt and attentive. Overall, the hotel has a wonderful ambiance and offers great comfort. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

The hotel is proudly located in the heart of Kunshan's city center CBD, seamlessly integrated with the Golden Eagle International Shopping Center, making it Kunshan's most influential landmark commercial complex. It's only about a ten-minute taxi ride from Kunshan South Station, so transportation is incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby is situated on the 29th-floor sky lobby, and the high-altitude view was breathtaking from the moment I stepped in. Daisy Wu handled my check-in with exceptional efficiency, displaying warmth, professionalism, and a very gentle and attentive demeanor. I stayed in a Premium City View King Room, which starts from 47 square meters – the spaciousness was a delightful surprise. The massive floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the entire Kunshan city skyline; the view was expansive during the day and shimmering with neon lights at night. After a long day of work, a quick glance out the window instantly melted away my fatigue. The room design was stylish and minimalist, equipped with high-speed internet and a comfortable workspace. The bedding was soft and provided excellent support, ensuring a very high quality of sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, dual vanity sinks, and a bathtub, with complete and high-quality facilities. The Sky Western Restaurant on the 29th floor was another highlight; the breakfast selection was rich, combining both Chinese and Western options, along with freshly cooked local specialties like Suzhou Aozhao noodles and small wontons. For business needs, the hotel boasts a nearly 1,000-square-meter pillar-less grand ballroom with an 8-meter high ceiling, along with 8 multi-functional meeting rooms, all equipped with advanced facilities. Whether it's for a business trip or client entertainment, this is the most reliable and hassle-free choice in Kunshan. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Kunshan!"

"Whenever I have nowhere else to go, I choose this hotel. I enjoy a leisurely breakfast there, just taking my time. I really like the room layout, especially the twin-bed rooms – they offer great privacy and the space is well-designed and convenient. The toiletries have a scent I particularly like. The bed is large and very comfortable, though the pillows could use some improvement as they're a bit too flat. The front desk staff is pretty and very helpful, though I always forget her name – probably because I'm just admiring her looks! Oh, and one thing: for a five-star hotel, the fridge being empty isn't very reasonable."

My room directly faced the vast expanse of the lake, and as I sat by the window, a refreshing breeze carrying the lake's crisp air wafted in. Along the way, I encountered some minor issues, but thankfully, Nicole, the duty manager, went above and beyond to help. She was sincere and humble, never shied away from problems, and handled everything with thoroughness and care. She showed thoughtful consideration for even the smallest difficulties, which was truly heartwarming."

"Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained and doesn't feel dated. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished; overall, a great experience! Reviews mentioned an extra half-day charge for early check-in. Since I arrived in Kunshan relatively early, I was initially worried about the cost, but Xiao Ding (the hotel manager) proactively resolved the issue. When booking, I noted that the two rooms were next to each other, but due to early check-in, they were a bit far apart. Surprisingly, after getting a room next to each other, Xiao Ding proactively asked if I wanted to change rooms – a big thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 In early November in Kunshan, the hotel heating wasn't on yet. I asked a few more questions during check-in, and they proactively arranged for a heater – excellent service! The children's playground was good; my 3-year-old had a great time! The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for a major cleaning during my stay, so I had to bring my swimsuit…"
