I have spent three nights here and I have to say class from staff to boss all super friendly and prematurely constantly strive for the good of the guest.The hotel has 89 rooms with different beds,there are also A spa area with sauna there to another bar and a main restaurant.All food offers were and are very tasty with a lot of choice as daily changed !!! The rooms all have a balcony with beautiful view the equipment offers TV,phone,Fen soap donor a lot of stuff for clothing for 139,- Euro three nights AI where there is something like that !!!

Lage topp,Hotelparkplatz zwar gratis aber eng. Außerhalb auch ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten(z.T. kostenpflichtig). Zimmer klein, praktisch, sauber und ruhig. Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man so aus Hotels kennt. Deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf hinsichtlich Nachhaltigkeit! Der Papp-Trink- Zahnputzbecher mag ein Anfang sein und auch die übliche nette Aufforderung zu den Handtüchern ( hängen lassen wenn weiter genutzt). Letzteres wurde trotz regelkonformer Ausführung komplett vom Zimmerservice ignoriert und man bekam am 2. Tag wieder ein frisches Handtuchpaket! Am Buffet überwiegend Plastik verpackte Einzelportionen! Das habe ich in diesem Ausmaß lange nicht mehr erlebt. Auf den Screens im Frühstücksraum sich stetig wiederholende Eigenwerbung. Hier wären Uhrzeit, Wetter und Infos zu örtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten eine angenehme Bereicherung. Leider besticht der Frühstücksraum durch Fastfoodimbiss-Charme - man isst vom Tablett und die Geräuschkulisse ist enorm. Sauberkeit ist aber lobenswert.

Ordinary, clean, cozy rooms, a small sauna, bar, restaurant and delicate kitchen offer a good starting point to froze all possibilities of winter sports in the surrounding area. Four stars are not five stars, but they must also be defended/realized on a continuous and comprehensive daily basis. Server in Leggings, relaxing hygiene measures (on the second day no gloves for guests at breakfast buffet, staff temporarily without mask), extreme kitchen smells throughout the hotel due to open kitchen traction, No water donor or bottles of mineral water in the sauna area, reception often silent and dry, up to the exodus baked slices bring some points of decline and unfortunately allow only 3 stars. A look at the guest review would also have revealed here that our son is not 7 but 15 years old and does not need a ”pittiplatschmenu”. Also the constant requests of guests for breakfast for coffee, coffee seed, Success etc are unnecessary. On our table for dinner, flowers were untouched with sadly hanging heads throughout the period. The service must take this in mind and ensure continuous refreshment. Here the house could be safely inclined and quickly reach the 4-star level.

Steige wie immer zum Besuch meines Klassentreffens hier ab. Bin wie immer auch zufrieden, der Ausblick über meine alte Heimatstadt ist toll und hoffentlich ist auch die Baustelle um das Hotel bald fertig gestellt, denn diese hat die Anfahrt etwas erschwert. Schade nur das die Sauna geschlossen war.
