This is a great little gem tucked away in Redcliffe - the operator is super friendly and the lodgings are very clean and comfortable. A lovely shared deck overlooking the pool is a great way to end a long day. Continental breakfast includes - basic cereal and toast etc. was fine for us - but a cooked breakfast also seemed to be an option. The light breakfast was perfect for us, especially in the warmer weather. but there are plenty of options available. The operator is generous with her time and local advice but you will also have plenty of time to unwind.

Loved this place, reception staff are always so nice the rooms are that of close to a 5 star rating the only reason it’s not a full 5 star is the pool is small and no gym facilities etc but rooms with spa in them are amazing will definitely be back!!!

Great place to stay. Stayed as a couple overnight, clean and perfect for a night away. Great location if you want to keep out of the city & close to plenty of amenities. Excellent customer service- they supported an early check-in & ensured we had everything we could need or want. We were in room 58, which was at the back end of the hotel- it was quiet & comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but they are minimal impact on guests. It is dated in terms of looks, but it has everything you could need.

Beautiful hotel and easy check in process. The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly. Disappointing the hotel does not have its own private cafe, or in house restaurant... one has to walk up the road and cross the street to get to those completely separate and public facilities. The room was not clean... specifically, the very dark carpets had been vacuumed, but there was visible dust and debris on the skirting boards and around all edges of the carpets. Otherwise the rooms were nice, however the view out over the expansive Woolworths roof top was ugly beyond words. No dining table or even chairs in the room, which rendered any hope of room service, quite pointless. Parking was easy. Price was reasonable. The swimming pool looked like a sad after thought, squeezed into a corner, right beside the driveway into the hotel car park. The primary reason I've rated the hotel low on average, is because I am most unhappy that the $100 hold placed (no charges incurred against it) on my credit card, that I was assured would be released in full at checkout (which was Sunday 9/10/22), is still, three business days on, being held by the hotel. I emailed hotel reception about this Tuesday and was assured it had been done. Today (Wednesday 12/10/22) I am still waiting. I emailed the hotel again and asked for a receipt showing the release had been made and note it is dated 11/10/22, confirming they only released it 3 days after check out and upon my making contact to raise it with them. $100 is a significant sum to not be able to access in my account and furthermore shows this hotel cannot be trusted with guest credit cards. I don't doubt there was every chance the hotel would not have released the hold and only did so when I emailed them about it. My advice to potential guests is to give them a $100 cash hold, so you get it back immediately, or if giving them you credit card, ensure you check you statement to confirm holds are released back to your account. The hotel does not have a right to these funds and they must make it a priority to respect guests and honour their trust and release funds immediately on check out. I've now had to lodge a dispue with my bank to get this sum released.

Superbly located accommodation that is flexible on; duration of stay, size and type of room, plus dinning and parking. I chose to stay in the motor inn section and the friendly staff were only too happy to change my online hotel booking on check-in, from the ground level to an excellent upper floor room. The grounds are lovely, with outdoor seating aplenty, as well as a sensational pool area. There is a cafe on-site and car parking is well and truly ample. In this part of Brisbane North, there are many excellent restaurants. And I decided to go with a take-away from the award winning Pizza Plaza at Boondall, washed down with a cheeky Rose Moscato. It was an ingenuous decision, to stay at Ingenia ...

The motel was easy to navigate to for us country bumpkins who don’t drive in the city we could walk to the Westfield shopping centre rooms clean and tidy we had 16 and it was at the back so not much road noise for being on a busy road. Aldi next door was a great convenience

The hotel we stayed in has an elegant environment, excellent location and convenient transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, neat and clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, making you feel at home. The staff's warm and considerate service attitude, especially their quick response to needs, left a deep impression on people. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. Overall, this accommodation experience was quite satisfying and highly recommended.
