Ne croyez pas les avis postifs, achetes a moindre cout par cet hotel. Ditry bedsheets provided everyday, stained towels everyday, broken plugs in the bathrooms (!!!!), no AC, very small pool, broken shower heads, a very aggressive manager. We left before the end of our stay to a different hotel. This place is not safe! Draps sales, literie douteuse, piscine trop petite, equipements a l'abandon, un manager aggressif, prises murales exposees dans les salle de bains!!, draps dechires, Nous avons exige un remboursement de nos frais. Nous avons quittes l'hotel avant la fin de notre sejour. Nous n'etions pas en securite!

Lovely would recommend. Cheap and cheerful. Don’t know why people are so negative about this place, I would stay here again. Clean, beds made everyday, clean towels, friendly staff. Located twenty minute walk from the square, and the souks. Off licence around the corner, which sells plenty of beer, wine and spirits. £11.00, for a bottle of wine and six beers. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is amazing the staff the food the services… everything is wonderful. Essadi hotel located in te city center where everything is closed: restaurants, drug stores, coffee shops and supermarkets. I recommend it strongly and hope you will enjoy it as we did 😌

Regarding the room, a mixed start to my stay and a first evening, being very manic and looking at cleanliness, my first room was very dusty and poorly insulated, the next day, the reception team told me about it. changed rooms, much less dust but not up to my expectations, I think the rooms need a little more maintenance and refreshing. Regarding the common areas, cleanliness is excellent and hydroalcoholic gel is available. As for the gym and the swimming pool, great I have nothing to say, very well maintained. The catering is correct too bad some of the hotel's restaurants are closed due to the Covid. The agents at the reception, catering, SPA and swimming pool are attentive and are very responsive. Too bad there is no possibility of transfer from the airport which is very nice when you land at 11:50 pm. Finally, the stay went well despite some improvements to be made and a sense of detail to be developed. Thank you for this stay.

Fantastic hotel - as a UK guest, it’s a 4* hotel and actually a really good 4* star hotel. Service can be a bit slow at times - drinks, reception, check-in but overall a really good quality hotel WiFi - Good; Food - Good; Rooms - Large; Pool - Fantastic👌👌 Great gym - fully equipped with everything. Swimming pool, plenty of treadmills, weight machines. TVs for UK Guests - no Netflix, and a single UK language channel. Nevertheless a large, really good quality hotel

The facilities in the room are relatively old, the TV is still a big box, but other facilities are relatively complete, the specifics of not including breakfast are not clear, the overall comparison is quite satisfactory.

The staff were very attentive. The roof terrace was lovely, as were the rooms and the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was convenient and massive with a few options. We would recommend staying at this hotel and it was nice staying in the new town away from the Medina.

We were both so impressed with how luxurious the hotel was, but most of all how friendly and attentive all the staff were. The cleaners always left our room in an immaculate condition, and the restaurant staff remembered us everyday morning and were charming and funny, especially Rashid. When we were checking out, another female member of staff, Wissal, was incredibly helpful and helped us find the most suitable taxi for us and spoke to the driver to make sure he knew where our Riad was.

The front desk service is warm and the hotel facilities are old. The hot water faucet is a bit out of order,
