The hotel is in service. A very big stick ...NEREIDA. It is a receptionist/server of the hotel. We stayed two nights since q we had communion. We talked last night about hiring two taxis but we didn't confirm it.They misunderstood the instruction and hired the two taxis. Nereida called me to the mobile and told me q was not right and after discussing, he shut me the phone saying q had to pay 17 Euros to the taxis and q had no moral or ethical. Cdo I tried the subject personally with her, since q I asked, with an incredible soberbia towards me, the client, manifested me q never locked my phone and q , of course, I had no reason q seems to be q , in dreams or in a imaginary world, We confirmed the taxis. I just stayed, request the complaint sheet, which I signed but never sealed me is working. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was new and clean...same for the bathroom. The room was hot. The air-conditioning was not working and when we asked about it, we were told that the cool air system hadn't been turned on. It was miserable during the day and uncomfortable at night. However, the room was advertised as having air-conditioning. Not much good if it's not able to be used. The bathroom door was about 1/3 meter from the side of the bed next. The door was a glass type of nearly see-through material. It would be fine if you were alone, but awkward otherwise. Finally, the parking was 14€ a night. At other Sercotel hotels there was no charge. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed overnight while touring Spain & Portugal by motorcycle. I'm English, deaf as a post and don't speak Spanish. This hotel has all the things I want when I'm traveling, a decent sized room with good en suite facilities, a quiet and peaceful garden to unwind in, and excellent food. The whole place just feels comfortable, but best of all it has really nice, friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Loved it here.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything from a dishwasher to automatic washing machine. Beds are really comfortable, with firm mattresses . the receptionist was a delight, providing useful information for sightseeing. Bear in mind that the Washington has no hotel-like facilities such as bar etc. . On the plus side, you can park for free in the street and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including supermarket and good public transportation. The apartment/suite is very modern. On balance, a good base of operations if you’re sightseeing.

What a find. Thank you to other reviewers. We were driving through Spain in a classic car so like a hotel with secure parking which isn't too much of a detour from the motorway. This hotel fits the bill and even has additional underground parking at no extra charge. The hotel is in a historic building with lovely grounds, a short taxi ride into Valladolid (we didn't have time to do this). Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. On the back of other reviews wedined in the restaurant and are, so glad we did. A fabulous chef and waited on with pride by Juan (who was happy to speak English) and charm. A hugely hospitable overnight stop. We will be back on our next trip and make time to visit the old town centre too.

The room was very small & outdated. The mattress cheap & nasty. It is supposed to be 4 star but the facilities were non existent, not even tea or coffee making facilities. There was lamp sticking out of the headboard which is a daft place to put it. The restaurant was closed but could eat mediocre food in the cafe/bar. Breakfast was a limited choice & the supposed hot food was cold. For the cost of the room, & paying for the privilege to park we rate it 1 star.

This is a beautiful hotel. The renaissance columns from the former palace are in evidence in the dining room and hallways. Paloma is the true star of the show in staff. She goes out of her way to be super helpful. She made sure I was taken care of when I left, since I was going home alone. It is centrally located in the old town. There was a charming Christmas market, and the Plaza is ringed with restaurants and shops, in addition to a long pedestrian shopping plaza with anything you could want, including groceries. The only thing I wished for was a coffee pot in the room, but that is probably and American thing anyway.

This was my least favourite stay with an NH hotel, the entrance area smelt of stale body odour, the rooms were clean but the bathrooms were tired. The breakfast was not as good as I recalled at my previous NH hotels, but it was pleasant with nice helpful staff.

Very central hotel, excellent staff treatment, large room, very comfortable bed, a hotel to return, has parking, very varied continental breakfast, provided us city plan and recommendations to visit, Congratulations to the staff and address of the hotel, thank you for the good treatments you have made.

Feeling tired and chilly we stopped off at the ibis in Valladolid January 13th it was after 6pm not expecting to stop we hadn’t booked in anywhere, the lady on the desk spoke excellent English and was very welcoming, we didn’t order any dinner as tbh we were too tired to eat but she made up a lovely tea tray for us no problem. Our room was warm & clean the wifi was excellent , the bed was clean very comfortable, peaceful no noise, shower clean and hot, the continental breakfast was very nice,the day time staff also very kind,most impressed will stay again, thank you
