Delton Oaks Resort

We stayed at the Delton Oaks Resort Wisconsin Dells this past weekend. Everything about the stay was great! Very clean,comfortable, spacious family unit with a beautiful view of the lake out our patio doors. Everyone is very welcoming, very helpful. We'll be back soon!

This resort is perfect. It is in a such a great location with everything so close. The remodeled rooms are very nice and the beds are sooo comfy! I have not stayed during the summer months but I am sure it is perfect with the lake and beach onsite and the pool. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

We had to many grasshopper inside the room and also a sealing leaking on room we needed to change the original room.

Our expectations were low due to the price and some other reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised and this more than met our needs when looking for a last-minute, dog friendly stay. Clean and spacious, great location.

Resort was great! Check in with Allison was great and very informative about the room, lake and area. Next day we went to the office, Isabella was there who was also a delightful soul like Allison. Was very friendly also! The room was great, we were able to walk out of the room onto the beach!! We will absolutely be back but for a longer stay!

There is not a bad thing I can say about this resort. I came up to the Dells area 3 times this year and stayed right here at Delton Oaks Resort on east visit. This is my home away from home and it just keeps getting better and better each time I get we come up and as time goes on. This has been my families vacation spot for over 17 years and love love it. They have a beautiful beach firepits kayaks paddle boards very very nice heated outdoor pool which I couldn’t get my kids out of. The rooms are extremely clean and very comfortable. I have stayed in both the lodge and lakeside condo’s and prefer the the lakeside because of the absolute gorgeous views of my favorite part the of the whole place Lake Delton. I love the outdoorsy feel. I was brought up the old fashioned way with rustic outdoor type vacays and this wonderful resort offers it all. The owners Clem and Michelle Greco are the sweetest and most accommodating owners I have ever worked with. If there was an issue they were right on top of it. I forgot my grilling utensils the office staff Isabella and Allison lent me a variety of things to make our family BBQ well worth it. When I checked in for for our 4th of July week vacay we had a very rough start my car hydroplaned and ended up in a ditch when we arrived the owner Michelle was just glad we got her and was ok and gave my sons and me a big hug and say we are so happy your ok now go check in and have a good time. Then the office staff Isabella and Allison heard what happened and said I know it’s not much but here is some ice cream from our cooler can the boys have some and that lit up there faces. Let me tell you those 2 girls are made my babies day 1000% percent better plus I loved having the conversations with them. They were both very helpful with exchanging our towels and giving us a few extra garbage bags and paper towels when needed. I just wanted to say that Delton Oaks Resort is an absolute gem and if you love the outdoorsy type vacay that offers it all then I would check out Delton Oaks Resort. My family couldn’t ask for a more delightful experience with the staff and owners. Thank you so much Delton Oaks Rezort for always making my family’s vacation the best. I recommend checking them out. You have to. Make sure you read the entire article before getting a room. Its not what I thought I was getting.

The place was very clean and it felt like a warm home.

Not only was the supposed male manager on duty condescending and rude but when trying to contact them again the manager Bella did nothing to help us out either. Our hearts are breaking from the already devastando news of COVID and being extremely ill and missing our vacation but the added stress and disgusting behavior from this resort added on to it. So disheartening that they refuse to accommodate their customers in any way. This is not over and will not be until our money is refunded. I tested positive for COVID 2 days before our trip with my co workers who work in very close proximity with me. I have a 102 fever, a hard time breathing amongst other symptoms. We notified this resort as soon as we found out. They refused to provide us a refund and would rather us come to the resort sick instead of helping out their customers. We let them know we would still be coming to resort so that we do not lose out on our money. The manager was very rude and condescending. He would rather have COVID positive groups there than take care of their ill customers. DO NOT GO HERE. You will guaranteed get sick. This was reported to the CDC immediately and the Wisconsin health depar**ent. So heads up to all customers this weekend, you have a COVID positive group coming your way! You may want to reconsider your trip.
