Baymont by Wyndham Lakeland

The stay was horrible. People walking around while we’re outside asking my 15 year old daughter and my brother if they wanted to buy *****, kids in the front physically fighting, the whole 2nd floor smelled like ****, went to the pool and came back and our pizza had roaches all over it. Mirror and outlets didn’t work, our 3rd night there our neighbors were yelling and screaming and physically fighting at 3 am which woke us all up. Someone banged on our door telling us to call the police she has been stabbed! We did nothing and were scared to open the door. That morning we told the front desk and they were not surprised being they are long time guests there I guess! We rented another hotel because my daughter was so scared! We left a day early because it was not a family hotel!

Room had spiders and ants.

It's not the best property but they are trying.We booked a room with a fridge and when we checked in it didn't have one so I'd double check that at check in if it's something you need. The furniture it dated but it's not really an issue however the blinds are very thin made more for a home and they allow all the outside light in making it hard to sleep. I was initially pretty upset about our stay I had food I had to throw away and didn't get the best night sleep due to the blinds but upon speaking to the manager I can tell they are trying. From what I was told shipping delays are making it harder for them to receive their new window treatments and furniture. I will say the bathroom was extremely clean and they do have a lower rate than most of the properties in the area so it's worth giving them a shot. I just wouldn't suggest a room directly behind the light poles other rooms the blinds might not be such an issue.

Room was bare necessities. No pictures on wall. There were no curtains and only a cheap blind that let in light all night long. Bright light outside the window. Could have read a book. Breakfast was waffles, white bread for toast and two kinds of cold cereal. Juice and coffee. Room was clean which was a plus! No microwave but did have a refrigerator.

I had no heat in my room and there were bugs possibly cockroaches in my room! The floor was not clean and I found old French fries on the floor! When I asked to move rooms because of no heat the next room given to me also had bugs, the door didn’t want to open and the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom!

room was dirty, big 18 inch hole in center of matress, coat rack was almost off wall, paint was chipping on most of the sinks and floor was filthy. could go on and on.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. I checked in. Used the bathroom in my room and as soon as I walked in I saw Black Mold everywhere!

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stay added in my life. It took three rooms to find a decent room and then woke up to realize that the side of the nightstand next to my bed was all molded and roaches were in my bed would never ever recommend or stay in this place again I have pictures to back up what I’m saying

Room smelled found hair in my towels a/c made a horrible noise next door was banging on door all night! I guess you get what u pay for but geez
