I was a little lost because of the different locations, but the facilities were great!

Every little detail has been thought of, from the light at foot level so that it doesnt disturb orhers that comes on when you go to the toilet at night. Where the bed is positioned all well thought of as again bathroom light would not disturb sleep. Storage for suitcase bottom of open wardrobe. Fully kitted out kitchen unseen in other apartments as to what is provided. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Girls at reception also very hospitable.

Awesome accommodation, amazing and compassionate staff (especially Demi). The rooms are always clean. There can be better rooms for the same price/cheaper elsewhere but I always prioritise The Lucky when booking as they always look after us. Additional bonus, they have a lift for accessibility.

Exceptional stay here again at the ibis, Quick and easy check in with friendly service and request sorted with no hassles to have room on carpark side and away from the traffic noise of the highway. Room spotless clean and perfect for the stay.hotwater and heater works perfect in 238 as it the weather did drop early in the morning for the heater to go on just to get the heat flowing in the room. Comfy enough bed with decent pillows. For travellers who havent been here before..shops are about a 5 minute walj through the park eg: coles maccas aldi pubs ect.otherwise 2 shell express a few mins walk up the main drag,tho.onsite has vending machines for lollies noodles sodas ect. Good stay for a good price

good place great bed and neflix tv but a complete rip off in price there just 1 bedroom apartments and your charging 130 aud or so a night. so $1000 week your making from something that rents for 300 week in new castle. There is no service at all ! big restictions on tiny spa outside . this place would be perfect if the price was half , this place is terrible value for australia, pick another place. if you have 4 people then its good 2 people can sleep on sofa which works but $130 for self check in cabin is pushing it even if they are good and clean.

There is breakfast on Saturday and Sunday only, the scenery is very good, not far from the sea, Newcastle is still a little less as a holiday city in the holiday city, there are few things to eat around, it is recommended to bring some. There is no front desk in the hotel. Send a text message before check-in (if you can't receive it later, you can confirm it with Ctrip customer service). This is an old-fashioned pub but the rooms were very nice and clean. Albeit somewhat small. There is some noise from the pub downstairs, but it's not too bad and it finished long before I went to bed. Although there's no reception, you can just check in from the bottle shop. The hotel is in a great location for shops, restaurants and cafes. It is a bit of distance from the centre of Newcastle but it's probably a busier area than the centre.
