GGuest UserThe food was delicious, the location is in the mid of the city. The workers responded quickly about our needs. There are variety of food in the resto who is palatable. The slightly disturbing one are the unusable glass stairs. It looks good but thr management put some barrier on them because of the risk of falling. Good policy. Better change the stairs to a wooden block.

NNurul SMAI recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience.
Positive Aspects:
The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated.
Areas for Improvement:
Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests.
The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated.
While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

GGuest Usera nice place to stay in bandung with homie feels and green environment. with an old dutch building style and nice interior surounding the property makes you feel living in a huge collonial villa at 1970s. The room is nice and spacious with complete amenities and 4 bottle water (a generous for hotel these days that only give 2 bottle) also the toothbrush and tooth pastw has a brand and good quality (not a cheap or one time used model) a very imppresed. Beds & TV channel are ok. The facilities are ok with one restaurant attach to a swimming pool with a forestry view makes you blent in into nature. Very refreshing. The breakfast are also ok not many variety but some are good. Maybe need to add more or create a speciality to make people remember the best dish in this hotel rather than serve many foods without any good taste. The staff are different in some area, security and front office were nice and warm hospitality very helpful but at the restaurant some staff seems not so friendly or too stiff and serious doesnt care you are there or not. Well, you are in hospitality industry/hotel so 24hours you must ready to serve any customer you have. Because of the ambience and interior helps me to put GOOD rate for this hotel. I will be back for sure.

TtcharwinComing to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

Tbh, I hope the restaurant will open for the next year. So, I don't need order for an online food only for breakfast. Thankyou, see u next trip Bandung.
