This hotel is definitely a hidden gem, especially if you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Bandung. It's conveniently located near the famous Cihapit Traditional Market, making it easy to explore one of the city's most popular local food spots. Despite being close to the city center, the area is quiet and has a relaxed atmosphere. One of the things I appreciated most was how clean the hotel was. Everything felt well maintained, and the room was spotless and comfortable. The overall atmosphere made me feel at home, which is something I always value when traveling. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is served à la carte and is fairly simple, but it was fresh, tasty, and more than enough to start the day. Considering the room rate, I really have no complaints at all. The hotel delivers excellent value for money and gets the basics right. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung. If you're looking for a clean, cozy, well-located budget hotel with a homely atmosphere, I would highly recommend giving this place a try.

I had another wonderful stay at Hilton Bandung. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The hotel is consistently well-maintained, and the housekeeping standards are excellent. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international options. As a Hilton Gold member, I always feel welcomed and appreciated, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, providing excellent service with a smile. Overall, Hilton Bandung continues to be one of my preferred hotels in Bandung, offering a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning again.

Staffs are fantastic and friendly. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and waterflow in bathroom is strong. I like that there's bathtub and separate shower. Almost perfect except for few improvements. Still a highly recommended hotel and definitely will consider staying here again. Pros; walking distance to Braga Street, super strong (cold) aircon, wide range of breakfast, staff will text me daily on housekeeping as we put ”do not disturb”. Cons: lobby upgrading, walls are so thin I can hear next unit's snoring, drawing of curtains.

It's a very great hotel with a very great location. Superb. Love the vibe and love the overall design. Love how it's funky yet still minimal.. When we checked in, there was complimentary drinks for us at the lobby and it was yummy. Upon booking we had requested some complimentary servings for us to celebrate our anniversary, and YES. We got it upon entering the room. It was very tasty and pretty. Apart from that the room was spacious enough for us couple + 2 toddlers. We got the baby cot as per request. Just a few downside that I think can be improved, first is the room door that is so easily opened by our children. There were no door stopper at the door or extra safety lock, it was quite inconvinienf for us cuz our kids were so curious and keep wanting to open the door. Then, the dustbins had no plastic and the toilet has no hose bidet, but a built-in bidet. That's all. Other than that, perfecto, especially the variety delicious breakfast buffet. There were literally almost everything we missed about Indonesia in the breakfast buffet, undescribable! Unforgettable. Would definitely come again in the future insyaAllah

I've stayed here before, but this time I had a rather unpleasant experience. My child, after taking a shower, wasn't wearing slippers and suddenly screamed that their foot hurt and was bleeding. It turned out there was a piece of broken glass in the room (near the carpet). Although it was small, it's still dangerous. Luckily, the glass didn't penetrate their skin. Perhaps a glass or bottle broke previously, and the cleaning wasn't thorough enough. I reported it to the receptionist, and all they said was sorry. Aside from that, there were no other issues; they also provided the complimentary anniversary amenities I requested.

Breakfast is rather disappointing, brewed Coffee ( americano or long black-doesnt have one I guess) is watery,,No Coffee aroma bad taste. Few variety of food ( no chinese, japanese, indian, sundanese corner?). Not worthed for the Price we paid 250k per pax. Roof Top (only suitable for outdoor, when its raining Party is over. There should be ways to provide indoor part.. Rain was was just atopped When I was Having a glass of wine. Eveeythibg is wet. Ezeot high Chair in the Bar. And There is no music. Live music or DJ is only on saturday. The good thins of the Roof Top, is the 360 degree Mountain and City view Huge, spacious, and modern minimalistic design lobby lounge. But, no Touch of parahyangan or Sundanese atmosphere. Exept angklung ornamen at M floor . This could be in jakrta or Any other metropolitan citie. No local culture and historical Touch. Exeot the long corridor at G floor connected to Pelataran Resto Deluxe room with King size bed and Mountain view is great. Wifi and TV are also great. However the structure of bathroom (shower) with too many wooden seperation walls give rather Tiny space feeling. The pool is too small for two adjacent hotel Tower (Pullman and Ibis Style) . Just good for Kids. Gym space is fine in termos of space. B

Over the past 6 months, every time I've visited Bandung, I've chosen to stay at Harris, and this is my third time. Each visit, I notice an improvement in their service. When we first stayed, we had to buy bottled water and bring it to the hotel. A few months later, on our next visit, they had already installed a water dispenser, so buying water was no longer necessary. The location is fantastic, directly connected to a mall, and we even get free gym access at AF. Truly the best! I'll definitely be staying here again.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
