Quirky, fun pineapple theme throughout- plush cute dog on the bed, pineapple pic on pillow, bathrobe etc. Free welcome drink of your choice from a selection. No free breakie - but has a few things you can buy- drink, pastries in packets in a fridge in the foyer.Coffee was also sometimes available. Room was clean and had nice decor. Wifi also worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful-they happily printed off our bag labels for our luggage for our Alaskan cruise. Hotel is in a good location- easy walk to space needle, restaurants- lots of choices, handy mini mart, good coffee/donut shop close by. Bed was a bit hard for us- but that is personal taste. To watch movies you had to log into your own Netflix etc account- a few free movie channels would have been nice. Would stay here again and recommend to others if in Seattle.

MMr. CruzGreat hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as ”lake view”. That should definitely be updated to say ”city view” not ”lake view”. Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.

WwanFantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour readily. The 24/7 coffee machine, self-served laundry are very thoughtful. Wifi connection to Mainland Chinese mobile is a problem. There's no connection issue with iPhone. The G/F food store ensures you could get late night food upon arrival. Lime water welcome drink is refreshing and the catering as well as housekeeping teams are professional and helpful even at peak times. Guest parking is welcome. I highly recommend this Inn to Seattle city and business travelers. It's close to the Seattle Center, thus also the Pacific Science Center and the Children's Museum too.

无无为而治4The hotel is located in the South Lake Union area. It is about 20-30 minutes by car from the airport and it costs 46 yuan to take a taxi. The reservation is for a standard room. The hotel requires check-in after 4:00 pm. We are an early flight. However, we arrived at the hotel at about 10:00 am. Because of the availability, the front desk will quickly complete the formalities. We do not speak English. Baidu dialogue translation, the receptionist at the front desk will also use it, so there is no communication barrier. The room is large, with two large single beds of 1.50 meters wide, and there is a double sofa by the window to sleep. There are no problems for a family of three. There is a small open kitchen in the room. Although small, it is well-equipped. It has a dual-burner electric ceramic stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kitchen waste processor, and is also equipped with simple seasonings, plates, bowls, woks, stews , Milk pan, tableware and cutlery, 3-4 people have no problem dining. The rooms are quiet and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. From the reception staff to the floor service staff are very warm and attentive. Breakfast is full of meat, eggs, milk, bread, oatmeal, coffee, soy milk, cakes, waffles, fruits. There is a small supermarket next to the hotel where you can buy some food and bento. There is also a large supermarket on 29 minutes' walk. Fruits, vegetables and meat are very fresh. Personally I think this hotel is very cost-effective!

Pp63wqAll that ultimately matters at a hotel is how well you sleep, and unfortunately my room facing Dexter at street level left me with only 5 hours’ sleep before a very important presentation the next day. I had requested a room facing the back and arrived right at 3pm (check-in time), but the only 2 clean rooms available at that time were both facing the front. Hotels will often “block off” a room early in the morning based on requests, but in this case it sounds like they just give you whatever’s available when you get there. I have some (mid-level) status with the IHG chain so that’s disappointing. I was told by the very friendly check-in agent that I could certainly wait for another room, but I had something I had to get refrigerated so I ended up having to take what was available. I guess my actionable advice would be, take room requests to heart and make sure your most loyal customers don’t wind up having to take a louder street-facing room when there’s a pretty long paper trail for this particular customer that quiet is super important.

GGuest UserThe W Seattle was conveniently located and within walking distance to most of Seattle’s attractions (Pike Place, Space Needle, waterfront). The small entrance to the hotel is located on Seneca Street and during our stay we were “greeted” by a few homeless folks who hung around the entrance. Returning to Seattle after a few years away, we noticed a lot more homeless people – the homeless people did not bother us but you did feel a little unsafe during the evenings. Check-in: Unfortunately we checked in past 9pm on a Friday night and in true W fashion, the DJ had the music so loud that the lobby was deafening and it was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Thankfully the front desk were well prepared and handed us a one sheet summary with a welcome letter. Breakfast: Disappointing. I have had better free breakfast at Marriott Courtyard. We had breakfast included with our room and this was capped to $20 per person. The quality of the breakfast items were average at best and very over-priced. Room: We had a lovely Corner Studio on a high floor which had amazing views of the water. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine which was restocked daily. The only downside to the room was the bathroom. Compared to other W hotels, the bathroom/shower was a little dated.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Seattle, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The hotel’s fitness center and indoor pool were also excellent, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. One of the highlights of my stay was the modern and spacious lobby, where I could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The 24-hour Pavilion Pantry® was very convenient for grabbing snacks and drinks at any time. Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Downtown for anyone visiting Seattle. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great location made my stay truly enjoyable.

GGuest UserStayed at this property twice in 9 days at the beginning and end of our cruise, This property is very convenient to the airport. I normally would have given the property an Excellent rating except for an issue with the most relevant aspect of the property. The property has a 24/7 airport shuttle which runs every half hour. The property shuttle will also take you to many local dining establishments which is very convenient. Due to the really bad lines at the airport, it is very important to get to the airport early so you don't miss your flight. Upon check-in, I signed up for the shuttle to catch my flight in the morning. I literally watched the young lady at the desk write my name, room number and time in the book. The next morning, I went out early to the shuttle and was rudely told by the driver that I was not listed for a trip and I could not be taken to the airport. The shuttle left without me. I then spoke to someone at the desk who agreed to get me an Uber. Not that I blame the hotel, but the Uber showed up really late because he apparently ran an errand before he picked me up. This whole episode really cause a lot of anxiety and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Breakfast is a to go very early in the am and then becomes hot and cold food after a certain time (don't recall the time). The hot breakfast was very good. Every one working at the hotel desk is very nice and professional. One real advantage of this property is that they will let you check in early after your cruise once a room is available.My only advice staying here is before you go to sleep, call the front desk and make sure you are on the shuttle.
