這麼大的酒店 停車竟然收費 第一次住也是最後一次 以後想住的還是別住這家

設施雖然稍微有些老舊，但是舒適度還是很不錯的。服務業還可以。
本次入住並不太好的體驗也反饋下，希望酒店能夠協調好，1.會議入住起碼約束下客户，一個人拿了8個雞蛋，小孩子在餐盆裏用叉子不停的撮，你們員工也不管下。2.衞生間紙簍裏有我入住前客户的用過的紙沒有打掃乾淨希望加強管理。3.打掃衞生的員工拉着草布車進出電梯，在電梯門邊撞來撞去，好像並不太關注，酒店形象感受。
其他都很滿意，床單衞生等其他都還不錯的。

房間不錯 硬環境也可以 但服務就差很遠了 前台代表的是客人對酒店整體印象的最直接感受的窗口 那個男服務員好像別人欠他的一樣 不適合做服務 但同時那個女服務員表現就很好 ！！！

前台小妹妹特別好，説話讓人很暖心，一路堵車煩躁的心情都沒有了，看到我們人多免費升級了房間，免費送了一張飯卡，房間很乾凈，也很大，必須給贊👍

8.31晚上9點左右辦理的入住，前台接待是一位短髮的女士。第二天早上下去吃早飯，清清楚楚的記得昨晚前台接待跟我説的是“房間在17層，早餐在15層”，我們傻乎乎的在15層轉了一圈，根本沒有餐廳，於是想坐電梯下樓問一下，結果發現電梯門上寫着餐廳的樓層（印象中好像是10層還是11層）。到了餐廳，我們的卡刷不上，餐廳説我們的房間不含餐。無奈還是要下樓去前台！問前台：我們訂的房間是含餐的，為什麼刷不上卡？前台核實後給我們換了卡，沒説一句道歉的話！經過這一番折騰，再次返回餐廳時已經快8:50了，很多餐食都沒了。過了一會兒，餐廳服務員（看衣着應該是餐廳領班或領導）開始收餐，也不提示客人是否還需要加餐！前台和餐廳的服務真是太讓人無語了！精心挑選了半天的酒店，服務竟然是這樣子，絕不會再來第二次！
