It's a two-story commercial building on the outer ring of a residential area, so there are plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good, with two hot dishes, fried rice, and fried noodles. It was a satisfying meal."

"The room overall was pretty good, very quiet, with no disruptive noise. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 5th floor, and a self-service restaurant on the 2nd. The front desk staff were very welcoming; seeing we had a child, they proactively offered kids' toiletries and slippers. There's a lounge area on the ground floor for relaxing and having tea. What's really convenient is that you don't even have to go downstairs to pick up takeout; a robot delivers it right to your room! It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle but still very close to Zhengning Road Night Market – just a short walk away. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir and a small toy for the child, which was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, I had a great experience and hope to visit again."

"Every time we visit Lanzhou to see family, we stay at the Grand Hyatt. Room 3906 on the 39th floor has become a cherished memory for our family during each visit. The two-story accommodation is perfect for a family, and it's spotlessly clean. What truly surprised me was that all the water is purified and incredibly soft. Given that Gansu water is usually very alkaline, this small detail is really impressive. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip to Lanzhou, and I hope they continue to maintain this excellent standard."

"After a long search, this hotel truly didn't disappoint. The location is excellent, in a residential area, and I really appreciate how quiet it is since it's not right on the main street. It's right next to Nanguan Snack Street and not far from Zhengning Road Night Market, which is considered Lanzhou's best. The hotel is also just about two kilometers from the Yellow River Mother Sculpture and Zhongshan Bridge, making it super convenient for tourists like us. The highlight, though, was definitely the service. The night shift lady was incredibly nice – beautiful and kind, she upgraded our room, gave us free breakfast, and there were even snacks in the room. Plus, she gave us a small gift when we checked out! The service and value for money are incredible. This stay was an absolute steal. As someone who also works in the hotel industry, I truly feel your dedication deserves our heartfelt praise."
