"The hotel's location is excellent. We were probably only 50 meters from Xiguan subway station, and it was a short walk to Zhongshan Bridge. Plus, there's a night market right next door with plenty of food options. The hotel room was very clean, consistently meeting the Etap standard. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. We arrived early, and since a room was available, they processed our check-in right away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience."

"Stayed here on two separate occasions for a total of 3 nights. The location is great, right in the old town and it’s a lovely area to explore although it’s about 8-10km from the main downtown area (not a problem for me). Staff were very friendly and gave me their WeChat upon arrival so I could contact them if I needed anything. Room was clean and had everything I needed although a fridge would be nice! Decent breakfast too."

I would recommend staying in the downtown area if you have more time in lanzhou and/or prefer to be closer to the more touristy sights in lanzhou. Sound proofing is bad as we can hear snoring from next door on 2 separate nights. Complimentary pick up/drop off at train station is a nice touch."

"The best hotel in Lanzhou! Service: Check-in is handled at the 51st-floor reception. Staff member Zhang Meng patiently assisted with the check-in process, thoroughly explaining the afternoon tea and breakfast/dinner times, and even noted these times on the room card holder. This meticulous and thoughtful service was truly heartwarming. Other front desk staff, the concierge, and the parking attendants were equally attentive. Service response was also very prompt. We truly felt like honored guests. Facilities: The executive room is located high above, offering expansive views. The room is spacious, featuring smart appliances and a wet/dry separated bathroom. The bedding is comfortable. Cleanliness: Impeccable. The linens were clean and odorless. Dining Experience: The executive lounge's afternoon tea was exquisite and offered panoramic views. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, perfectly balanced for nutrition. The beef noodles, especially, were freshly pulled and cooked, with an authentic taste that was unforgettable."

"The view in the room is fantastic, especially at night. The service is great! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There are lots of choices. They also have a large swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The size of the jacuzzi is huge, but the water is not as warm as what you would expect in US hotels. I was not able to figure out how to turn it on either. Overall, it is a great stay."

"The location is great, especially for those traveling by air, as it's relatively close to the airport. The hotel elevator goes directly to the subway station, and the airport shuttle bus stop is right at the entrance, with buses every half hour. It's convenient for visiting attractions, dining, and shopping. What's really interesting is that in the same high-rise building, there's also the Orange Hotel, the Hanting Hotel (referred to as 'Quanji' here, which is a common brand name), and office spaces. Personally, I feel that a 5-star hotel is definitely more worthwhile!"

Our room was incredibly spacious with exquisite, luxurious decor, and the bathroom was immaculate and completely odor-free. We liked it so much we extended our stay! The room had all the amenities we could need, and the cleaning staff did an incredibly thorough and detailed job. Plus, the hotel offers free parking, has a prime location, and boasts excellent transport links."

"This 7 Days Inn offers excellent value for money. The staff provided great service – big shout-out to the front desk guys and girls! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet. They even thoughtfully provided a humidifier. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety of dishes that were replenished promptly, truly reflecting the generous spirit of the Northwest. Unlike some other hotels where you're left with nothing if you arrive a bit late. Highly recommended!"

"Extremely satisfied! The receptionist helped upgrade our room, and we stayed for two nights. It's super close to Dongfanghong Square, and my friend was also happy. I'm so happy too! 😄 The picture was taken when I went back at night and noticed the light was broken. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they even offered us water! Hehe. I forgot to take a picture of the room, but it was very clean."

"The room was spacious, a one-bedroom suite right by the Yellow River, so you could hear the rolling river. It was newly renovated and had a slight smell, but it was bearable. We happened to be there during the Lanzhou Marathon, so the price was a bit high. The hotel breakfast was decent, and the beef noodles were delicious. It's also quite close to the museum, within walking distance."
