"We stayed in a Jí Mù King Room on the 37th floor. The room was quite spacious, and we could see the Yellow River from the window. However, it wasn't possible to watch the sunrise or sunset from there. My original intention for booking this hotel was to see the Yellow River sunrise and sunset, so perhaps you need to book a slightly more expensive room for that. We went to the executive lounge to watch the sunset, and the bartender there was incredibly polite. She made us two cups of 'San Pao Tai' tea and even gave us complimentary small cakes and watermelon. We really appreciated that."

It’s just that can’t sleep well at night because the noise from the next rooms (left, right, front and even the one above you) can be heard inside your own room, but I love the location though it’s with in the All Park old street. It’s near the subway station and 10 minutes away from Lanzhou West Railway station."

"The hotel building looks nothing like in the photo. It is old, the bathroom is good but 3 of the 4 sockets cannot be used. The location is near Lanzhou Station but there is no ground level crossing. The whole area is a traffic mess and danger zone. The underground passage has no escalator or lift. It's best to enter the metro gate D, then exit gate A. Breakfast is 1 egg, 1 sandwich and 2 sausage for takeaway. . But there are many food stalls and shops nearby."

The hotel staff knew we were traveling with a child and kindly helped combine the beds and provided children's toiletries in advance! The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the Lanzhou noodles which were very fragrant! The front desk lady was gentle and professional, and the concierge staff were very polite when handling our deliveries and even had hot water. It was a very pleasant stay."

"Not recommended. The location is far from the pedestrian street, and there is no subway nearby. . . The attitude of the front desk manager Liu is very bad. He speaks incoherently. The sound insulation is not good, and you can hear coughing outside. The hair dryer is not easy to use. It breaks after blowing for 10 seconds. It is not overheat protection at all, but it is about to break. It was replaced with a new one after three feedbacks! The bathroom drains very slowly. There is also a front desk who is looking for trouble. I didn't want to comment, but I took the initiative to call and said that I would not change the sheets or turn on the TV. It's just too idle. If it doesn't work, let the security guard work directly at the front desk, and save the salary cost of the front desk. Anyway, your hotel manager is useless. The sound of water flowing above the air conditioner is also loud in the middle of the night. He also asked me why I stayed so long when their hotel is not good. Am I willing to manage it? I felt that I lost money after changing to other hotels. It is better to change earlier. The only thing that makes us feel good is the short-haired room cleaning aunt. The aunt is really nice and kind. I suggest that this hotel let the aunt and the security guard work."
