The entire building belongs to Mercure, which ensures easy access to services. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were very beautiful and incredibly enthusiastic. The cleaning auntie was also very warm and helpful; she even brought my washed clothes up to my room, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic travel experience!"

"Every time we visit Lanzhou to see family, we stay at the Grand Hyatt. Room 3906 on the 39th floor has become a cherished memory for our family during each visit. The two-story accommodation is perfect for a family, and it's spotlessly clean. What truly surprised me was that all the water is purified and incredibly soft. Given that Gansu water is usually very alkaline, this small detail is really impressive. I'll definitely choose the Grand Hyatt again on my next trip to Lanzhou, and I hope they continue to maintain this excellent standard."

Hotel staff were kind to assist you. The hotel is clean. A new fresh up renovation will be an asset. I needed extra water, someone delivered it personally, greatly appreciated."
