The front desk service was excellent; they even gave us local apricot peel tea, which had a unique sweet and sour taste, and upgraded us to a higher floor room. Thumbs up!"

The hotel isn't in the busiest part of town, but it's right next to Wanda Plaza, so it's quiet and peaceful with a fantastic night view. The Chinese restaurant had delicious food! The bunk beds in the room were actually bigger than they looked in the pictures, perfectly fine for a 14-year-old."

"The front desk and concierge service was decent and met expectations. Breakfast wraps up very promptly at 10 AM – perhaps a little too strict for my liking, haha. The coffee machine ran out of water and wasn't fixed/refilled promptly. The grab-and-go breakfast options were quite limited and lacked variety. Overall, it was a good stay, and there were great dining choices nearby. Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy; it seemed the windows weren't soundproof or double-glazed. The bathroom layout was good, but it surprisingly lacked an exhaust fan."
