酒店位置很好，離正寧路，南關街夜市都很近，離鐵橋白塔山公園也不遠，酒店環境不錯，早餐也可以，就是辦理入住的時候前台不太給力，明明訂了三天的房房卡衹給刷了一天的，第二天房卡用不了，搞的比較麻煩！

累並快樂的假期結束了，隴鑫是五一出行中住的最舒心的酒店了，前台小姐姐很nice，不但給免費升級了房型，還給孩子贈送了一份禮物和早餐，最暖心的是還有下午茶水果，下次來蘭州還住這裏，推薦，推薦！！

服務：服務態度非常好，主動幫忙按電梯，見還有小朋友，贈送了小童拖鞋和洗護套裝，細心體貼。
環境：位置離中山橋、張掖路步行街、正寧小吃夜市都比較近，步行都可到達，周邊也是配套商業比較齊全，樓下就什麼吃的都有。
衞生：乾淨整潔，有一次性浴缸套，真是太滿意了。
設施：有茶几、書桌，還贈送了歡迎水果，還有文具和針線包，真的是很細心了。

酒店的位置比較方便，到省政府地鐵站幾分鐘時間，步行5分鐘就到正寧夜市，出行方便。房間空間有點小，衞生比較乾淨，房間靠近街道這一邊，稍微有點吵，但能接受。連續入住三天，客房清潔服務及時。

酒店非常棒。地處南關什字繁華地帶，距離中山橋、正寧路夜市都比較近。房間大而温馨，裝修比較有檔次，乾淨、衞生、安靜。關鍵服務也非常熱情、貼心。需要一些多的入住用品，打電話給前台，立即送上來了。前台小姐姐、保潔大姐、經理看到我們都會主動微笑打招呼，看到我們拉着行李，會主動來幫我們拉行李。入住、退房也很方便快捷。性價比非常高！很值得推薦！

位置好，離小吃街非常近
服務員非常貼心，外賣都給送到房間。比較貼心的小東西也準備的很齊全，比如泡澡袋，酒精棉片。早餐品類不多但都很好吃。
建議房間配個全身鏡，或者樓道里有一個

這次蘭州行很滿意。隴鑫酒店距離黃河第一橋中山橋非常近，距離張掖路步行街，正寧路小吃街幾分鐘就走到了，附近商場超市餐館都有，逛吃都十分方便。再説説酒店，大廳雖然在五樓，但是很大，酒店的前台服務熱情體貼，彬彬有禮，給送上了熱茶十分貼心，房間超大舒適，用品精緻齊全，客房保潔員打掃衞生也很細緻。餐廳早餐豐富，飯菜都很可口，服務員訓練有素。下次來還會入住，也會推薦朋友入住。
