Hilton Lanzhou City Center

I stayed here for my birthday, and when I checked in, I couldn't find the red wine I had ordered via delivery that needed refrigeration. A big thank you to Mia from the staff who helped coordinate and even upgraded my room – the stay experience was excellent. The buffet dinner on the 52nd floor had great quality, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this Hilton while traveling. Kyrie at the front desk was thoughtful and attentive. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast included local beef noodles, and the service was meticulous and thorough. The location was convenient for getting around, and overall, I felt very relaxed. I truly recommend everyone to stay here.

The cleanliness of the hotel room needs improvement. However, the room facilities were quite new, and being on a high floor, the view was fantastic. The service was excellent; issues were addressed promptly and resolved very satisfactorily, which I really appreciate. There are many takeaway options and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

They say Lanzhou is a bowl of noodles, a river, and a book. The Hilton I chose this time is very close to all three. Readers Avenue is nearby, and downstairs is the beef noodle place recommended by the front desk. Taking a walk by the Yellow River in the evening was also very pleasant. They even thoughtfully provided breakfast for the children and upgraded our room. It was a very satisfying trip, thank you to the Hilton staff.

Front desk staff Kelly was very efficient during check-out, spoke kindly and politely, and the whole process was smooth and quick. The hotel room was clean and odorless. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money. A trustworthy choice for travel accommodation.

I was really satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's overall facilities are brand new and impressive, and the decor is particularly stylish. The room itself was spacious and well-laid-out, making for a very comfortable stay. I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to Kyrie at the front desk. The room had an amazing view, offering expansive scenery, and the mattress and soft furnishings inside were incredibly comfortable. I had a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. Furthermore, the service from Miho at the Executive Lounge also deserves high praise. She was attentive and warm throughout, even proactively helping to serve food. The drinks and food were replenished promptly. Whether it was for a relaxing break or just a quick stop, the atmosphere was fantastic, and I felt very well looked after the entire time. Everyone was so pleased and really wished we could have stayed longer!
