The room was quite cozy, and the floor it was on was also pretty good. Getting around the area was convenient. However, I found the breakfast to be just average; even the beef noodles had tiny bits of shredded beef in them. The service attitude of the staff at breakfast really needs improvement; it doesn't match the hotel's standards. I hope these things will be better on my next visit.

The hotel was great, in a good location, about 2 minutes walk from Lanzhou University metro station. The view from the room is good, service from the staff is also great. Had no problems at all. Highly recommend if you are visiting Lanzhou!

Nothing to complain about the hotel,room size good,fantastic breakfast,swimming pool & gym nice,located near metro station. However the room temperature was terribly warm as it was using central heating system and cannot be adjusted. Requested for a fan and had a window opened but nothing help to cool down the room temperature.

I was upgraded to a bigger room , the view is amazing and the bed is so comfortable and clean with big bath tub. I had a wonderful stay. I enjoyed watch the sunrise , sunset and night view with a cup of tea in the lounge.

Everything was perfect from staff, room, views, food and accessibility. Only issue is the AC during winter times is very hot and won't cool the rooms down.
