Stunning hotel with a very attractive lobby area. Nice size room, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Big thanks to Suzie who speaks excellent English and was able to recommend local restaurants. She also arranged for free snacks to be left in my room, much appreciated. Tea and kettle in room, but no coffee. Excellent location in the old St, many, many restaurants nearby.

Exceptional hotel in the best location. Susie from the front office and her staff are very gracious and always helpful. The breakfast is healthy and staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

I stayed one night in the hotel. The hotel located in the heart of one of the old street in Lanzhou. It’s very convenient to use subway or didi around. Hotel is very close to Lanzhou West Train Station. Thanks for the smooth check in and helping me where to explore and eat famous foods. My room view and entrance of the hotel as attached.

無法評價，浴室的下水是堵的，打了前台換了隔壁房間，又發現浴袍是臟的，晚上擦手發現毛巾是臟的，不理解這樣價格的酒店為什麼會出這些問題，不會再住第二次（下水堵送了兩張早餐券，心情不好主要原因因為衞生環境）

房間寬敞舒適，很安靜隔音很好。酒店的裝修很精緻，各項設施很新，晚上的亮化很有氛圍感。同時感謝酒店工作人員蘇香，很積極地幫忙尋找退房時遺失的物品，服務很貼心周到

酒店還是比較高大上，臨近老街，出門口就是老街，地理位置優越。離馬灘地鐵站七八分鐘路程，出行坐地鐵還是比較快。房間也很大，訂了兩間房還升級一套豪華大床房，房子很大，住的很舒服。冬天冷暖氣很熱，晚上睡覺被子蓋不住，真的熱。洗澡水很舒服水量也大。洗澡間沒有地墊不太方便。總得來説還是不錯的，我們是開車來的，車停在地下停車場（酒店往前一點點有個麥當勞這有個指示牌在這裏進入）出車的時候酒店沒有及時錄車牌，出門時要收費我又折回去，來來回回在地下停車場兜了半小時最後從我在我進入的這個入口從新出門，顯示還是收費，又打電話給前台説了好半天桿子抬起來，搞得我好心情立馬就鬱悶了。細節做的不太好，登記了車牌沒有確認（還怪我沒有寫清楚）耽誤時間。另外一點就是還要收取三百元按金，我就搞不懂五鑽的酒店還有這個流程，我覺得不太符合這樣的酒店，沒有必要吧。現在收取按金的好像不多了吧。整體上還是挺好的，這衹是一點小失誤希望下次不會這樣的。
