Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Convention Center - No Resort Fee

We went to Las Vegas for the Carrie Underwood concert and most of the hotels on the ***** were booked and over $500/night. We chose the Hampton Inn & Suites simply because we had very few options...we needed a room for two nights and just crossed our fingers and booked it. This little gem ended up being a blessing in disguise! In fact, we're going to be staying here on future trips to Vegas. It was beautiful, clean, modern, and had a wonderful free, huge breakfast buffet and a gorgeous (and quiet) pool! Our room had a refrigerator, and microwave and was beautifully appointed and most importantly, it was SO CLEAN! And it was a fast $9 Uber ride to the *****! If you're looking for a great hotel that's more low-key than the *****, this is it. The employees were wonderful & friendly...honestly, this was one of the best experiences we've had in a long time at a hotel!

They overbook and could cancel your reservation on the day of stay! Very greedy and unprofessional! I was traveling to Vegas with my family including 2 toddlers. I booked the hotel few weeks in advance and I got a call from hotel rep on the day of stay that they have to cancel my reservation. She said that I booked from Expedia and that Expedia didn’t have the correct data, so it’s Expedia’s fault for overbooking. After a few moments, I realized that I booked directly on their hotel website. So when I called back and told that I booked directly on their website, she said it doesn’t matter. The hotel overbooked and they have to cancel!!! I had to scramble to find another hotel on a Saturday evening at much higher price! So, book at your own risk! Apparently, they don’t know the meaning of reservation.. that you need to hold a room!!!
Serene Vegas Boutique Hotel Las Vegas

I travel to Vegas once or twice a year and this place is quickly becoming a favorite. I really like the large rooms and love having a sliding door to open for fresh air, bird songs in the morning and the view of the ”serene” courtyard with its palms. It's so much better than walking miles through a ****** to a claustrophobic sealed room. There is a convenience store close by with sometimes sketchy people hanging around, but if you're at all street smart, it shouldn't be a problem. There's a steady stream of tourists walking between here, Virgin and other hotels to the strip. I'm pleased that the management deters parties, noise in the public areas and has locked down access points where people could be let in anonymously. My only complaint is that there is no seating on the balconies. I'd have been happy with a $5 resin chair.

Read Ctrip's selection of hotels. On the day of Russ, it had cooled down and turned on for one night. The hotel has no advantage in hardware facilities, which is slightly lower than some domestic business express hotels. Breakfast was average and totally foreign taste. But it's acceptable, bagels and homemade muffins are nice. I have to mention the hotel's logistics staff, the front desk service is average, but when you have problems finding the logistics staff, they are very enthusiastic and friendly, the airport shuttle driver is also superb, he will guide you Airlines check in. The only regret was that the car was parked on the side of the road because it was in the way and I tipped him in the future. Overall good!

The pandemic wiped out eateries throughout Las Vegas. After 25 months, however, Vegas food is BACK, Baby!!! Choose from: - Tacos El Pastor - Capriotti's Sandwich Shop (excellent hot or cold choices) - Wing Stop - SBARRO for pizza and similar - Teriyaki Madness (”Opening Soon”) - La Flor de Michoacán (Mexican-style ice cream) As for my hotel stay, there were problems with slow and/or inadequate hot water this trip. My room was on the 12th Floor, so maybe that had something to do with it. I suggest turning on the hot water 3 - 5 minutes before your actual shower/bath, as that seemed to work. I'm looking forward to my next stay and all those new food options.
