This was our second time staying at the Dakota in Leeds! I have to say that personally, this is my favourite Dakota. Our room was once again perfect (9th floor). Beautiful and clean with a stunning evening view of the city. We had drinks at the bar a couple of times over our stay and each time, the waiting staff were so lovely. Our whole trip was just what we were looking forward to. Can’t wait to stay over again soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very close to university of Leeds, in the plaza& sky plaza dormitory area under the US, life skills are perfect, downstairs is the Nisa convenience store, there are many Chinese food, eight treasure porridge, instant noodles, red oil noodles, a little walk There are large supermarkets like Morrison, as well as KFC and McDonald's, which is very convenient! The heating can be but not very smart, the room is large, the socket is complete, there is a typec socket outside the usb interface, which is very suitable for Apple people! I hope everything goes well in Leeds, find the house I like, and live happily!

I was a little sceptical after reading the reviews and the hotel not being my own choice due to work booking. I was glad that in the main my worries were proved room. My check in experience was brilliant. After a very long journey I was greater by the amazing Alesha! What an absolute credit to Radisson! Smile happy greeting and answered my questions well. Unfortunately my room service experience wasn't great at all. Nearly an hour for burger and chips and when it did arrive fhe chips were stone cold and burger not cooked properly. After speaking to Alesha she could not do enough to apologise and rectify the issue and if it was not for her this review would have not been what it was, not the star rating! Breakfast was lovely and the events staff were super helpful too, mention to Engne who was very attentive and explained the room set up very well. Please Radisson, recognise the hard work of Alesha. She truly is a gem! Thank you for making my stay a lovely one Alesha. I think you're fab!

Right at the city centre with 10mins walk from coach / train station. The best part was having free hot beverage with leftover pastries from breakfast (this was not a bad idea because it reduces food waste so it was lovely). Breakfast does not have much varieties but it was good enough! Would definitely come back, amazing staffs too :)

The booking and check in service was easy to follow which was a relief. I found this hotel to be clean and presentable throughout. The room was clean, relatively spacious and a lovely working shower. Don’t not stay here. Avoid. So first of all the owner was very intense and makes you feel uncomfortable. He slept in reception on a sofa which we thought was strange. Went to the toilet in the night and got told to go to bed while he was laid on the sofa. When we first arrived he was bossy and rude and made up go on a tour of the whole building which he bossed us round. The whole place is dirty and needs done up, the toilets stink of urine and the toilet seat came of every time it was used. The room we were given for 6 of us was tiny, the beds were awful. It did not have enough plugs at all. The carpet was stained and dirty. You would have to pay me to stay here again, avoid at all costs and pay more to stay elsewhere. It had bars on the window like jail.

Really good place to stay when visiting Leeds or especially if you are visiting the Arena, which is just a short walk away. Host was very amiable and helpful. The room was a bit tired but the bed was really comfortable and there was an array of pillows to pick for your comfort. We’d definitely choose to stay here again. Only thing I would suggest is some sort of net curtains. Our room was a corner room on the first floor with two panoramic windows looking out onto a busy shopping street. We felt a bit like we were in a gold fish bowl for all to see.
