Located next to a railway station, the hotel offers basic amenities for your stay. The room was cleaned but the carpet in the lift area and the corridor gave a stinky smell. Breakfast was good many vegetarian options as well.

The woman refused to check me in until 3, which is fair if it’s the policy for everyone, but she checked a couple in before that and gave them the fast wifi code and didn’t give to me. She was fairly rude as well. Place is in a good location to go to town

The room facilities are simple and old, but the location is good and the service is OK. Parking is not free, it costs £7 for 24 hours. Breakfast is now £10.99 instead of £9.5. Please update the platform

Enjoined our experience in this area of Leicester and the staff were all lovely especially Paula at breakfast she couldn’t do enough to help us out
