Premier Inn Leicester Central (A50)

"A good location. Ample parking. Friendly staff and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. A quiet room, it was clean and had the usual Premier Inn facilities. Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn format. The breakfast restaurant was a little crowded as it's a bit small for the purposes of a restaurant. Some excellent restaurants in the city, just a short drive away. Overall a really good experience, good value for money."

Blaby Westfield Hotel

"Room was extremely hot, not even a fan available, no chambermaid service, no towel change, no replenishment . TV only had a few channels available, also TV source was being changed by other users in some other room ! Asked if lack of channels etc could be addressed-nothing!! Overwhelming was the extreme heat, provided own fan, just about made it bearable, but barely! Reception is lovely and cool with air conditioning. Not much consideration for paying guests."

Premier Inn Leicester (Forest East)

"First used when we visited my sister in November 2025. Found this hotel to be so good we used it again in July 2026. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and our bathroom looked very new with an excellent shower, the bed is the usual quality, comfortable Premier Inn bed. Parking is plentiful and free Breakfast was excellent quality and the porridge was especially good. Dan in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful"

Holiday Inn LEICESTER - WIGSTON by IHG

"Location for away I stay for 2 night maid did not cleaning my room event I am hang cleaning tag they just coming and do nothing just cover bed with do change sheet no take out trash no change towel even I put on the floor both night I have to go to front desk when I came back at 9 pm to ask for new towel and soap did not refill and I left with no soap for both night. This hotel try to save every penny they can. Not worth to stay below holiday inn standard"

"Really lovely surprise! As someone who stays in many different hotels for business, I have become used to uncomfortable nights in annoyingly arranged rooms! All those annoying little things in most hotel rooms had been thought about - there was a mirror above the desk, with a light, for make-up, there was a hairdryer in the same place. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable and the bar was welcoming and cosy, making it easy for a single woman to eat alone. The food was good too! Really friendly team and altogether a really lovely stay that set me up for a day’s work. Thank you!"
