The facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the internet signal is stable and smooth. The location is superb, close to the scenic area entrance, with a wide variety of dining options nearby, making it easy to find meals within walking distance. Transportation is extremely convenient, with easy access to buses and the subway, and the main bus station is not far away. Moreover, the environment is exceptionally quiet; even the rooms facing the street are virtually noise-free. Combined with comfortable bedding, you can get a good night's sleep every night. It's excellent value for money, and I've already recommended it to friends!

Close to train station and zoo, room to the backyard and quite
spacious, has fully equipped kitchen, but no hoover, with warning that one shall not produce smoke/steam, as the detector is directly connected to the fire station, and warms about fine it would cause.
Need to clean the kitchen, otherwise fine 50 euro.
Cleaning team needs better briefing and communication. Room door was opened by cleaning staff twice before check out time.
Free tea and coffee available at nice lobby lounge.

Good location spacious room (we got an upgrade) and also good facilities for remote working and washing clothes. Check in was a bit slow due to computer issues or lack of training.
I think the requests made via the trip.com app are not forwarded to the hotel. No mentioning of it and whilst we had an upgrade there was no view. Maybe just contact the hotel direct. Check out efficient. Cleaning on demand feee if charge but you need to ask.

Hotel located in the city center, close to central station. Right next door is St. Nicholas Church, and nearby Leipzig attractions such as Thomas Church and Bach Memorial Museum.
Breakfast is served from 6 am to 10 am, with bread, croissants, fruit salad, ham and cheese. There are many kinds of coffee and juice, so you won't get tired of staying for multiple days.
The accommodation fee is relatively reasonable, and I would like to stay again next time I come to Leipzig.

Guest UserService: Service is very good
Facilities: The supporting facilities are not bad, there are many wardrobes, convenient for putting clothes
Hygienic: Support free cleaning, also very clean
Environment: The nearby bus line is convenient, and it is close to the railway station terminal, which is too convenient

This property is in a great location in central Leipzig. An easy 10 minute walk from the central train station. Apartment was massive, modern, secure and very clean. No air conditioning though and we stayed in middle of summer - the room was very hot even with the plug in fan provided we were a little too warm. Also getting the access to the room is a little complicated but once we managed to get the information about how to check in (is all online), it was good. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel in good location in the city centre right next to the main railway station. The city is accessible by foot. Personal is very friendly and pleasant. Our room on the street side was unfortunately not so quiet. Sensitive people should rather book a room to the indoor courtyard. Beds are soft and comfortable. All in all a very beautiful hotel.

The INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining.
We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable.
The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss.
Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat.
We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering.
Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

HerrmannThe service is great, very, very good. Everything is clean and comfortable. In the hallway, you sometimes hear other people's voices, but you can't hear any sounds that I think are great in the neighbors of the room. You can change towels as needed, and you can also use a hairdryer. I don’t think the mattress is very comfortable, but I think it’s not a problem for a few nights. Simply great. I would love to come again!
