The room is spacious, warm, and up to its usual standard. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is tasty with enough to choose from. Will surely consider it again if I come Leipzig next time."

Considering the hotel only opened in 2018, it's already quite run down. Our room was generally okay, but the blackout curtain was stained, which was disgusting. This was our third stay at the NH Hotel Leipzig City, but we felt that the breakfast used to be better (more varied). Check-out was very easy."

"The Hotel Fürstenhof boasts a very central and good location on the edge of Leipzig's old town. The building has the elegant charm of a grand hotel of the past. You are greeted in a friendly manner at reception and the staff are attentive to their guests. We were given room 307. The room is sufficiently large and the furniture is elegant. The TV reception was not the best, unfortunately there were constant sound cutouts. The cleaning team should work a little more thoroughly in the wet room area. Calcified fittings and slight mold on the silicone joints in the bathtub show a lack of time or thoroughness. The layer of dust on the makeup mirror confirms this impression. The dented trash can and the analogue scales should be replaced as soon as possible. The sauna area is a little old and should be modernized a little soon. Conclusion: The hotel is great value for money, especially thanks to offers on various booking websites. Unfortunately, the special offers seem to be reducing the hotel's margin. However, for the premier class of the German hotel industry - the hotel advertises itself as 5 stars superior - more investment would have to be made in cleanliness."

"Hotel is in a central location. It is on the edge of the old town. Hotel is 5 mins walk from Leipzig central train station and tramway and bus. At the central train station, you have fast food outlets like McDonald's, Pizza Hut. Subway, Burger King and local German eateries selling bread, fish and chips, sausage, meatloaf, pig shank and bakery. Central Station has 2 supermarkets - Rewe and Aldi. Next door to the hotel is Bruhl Arcade which has restaurants and Lidl supermarket. Room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, washing machine and hot plate with pots & pans. Bed is comfortable. TV has english channels."

"A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience."

"The room with a balcony and window overlooking the courtyard was small but very appealing. The location is a bit outside the center, but there are good transport links. We arrived by car, but unfortunately, contrary to the website, there was no parking on the street. Thankfully, we were able to find a spot for an extra €5.00 in a separate, gated lot about 400 meters away. We gladly accepted this offer. Without it, we really wouldn't have known where to park our car. This should be clearly stated on the hotel's website. Otherwise, everything was fine. We would gladly stay again."

When we arrived at around 11.30 p.m., we were a little disappointed that an international hotel in the Dorint chain no longer serves drinks at the bar, but only has a minimal selection from the reception fridge. In comparatively much smaller hotels, we have often found that the reception is able to serve drinks at the bar. The room was clean and tidy. The furnishings are from the 90s."

Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!"
