You will enjoy the nice view on this hotel, especially at night. They serve you bottles of water for free. But it is hard to find the hotel easily and carrying your luggages to the hotel is troublesome

這家客棧也非常棒，幸好沒住在古街裏面，衹有住在外面才可以看到古鎮的全貌，這個位置在半山腰，謝謝老闆提早到路邊等我幫忙提行李，還幫我換了漂亮的觀景房，夜裡和清晨在陽台上可以看到苗寨全貌，非常漂亮。環境也乾淨。不帶早餐的，不過老闆還是送了倆小孩的早餐。謝謝啦。推薦去西江的朋友們一定要住這家店哦。

無推薦理由價格也不便宜攜程訂五百多一晚，一點都沒感受到500的價值。第一晚入住房間設施不齊全，衞生一般。第二天續住，兼職要了命，房間不打掃真的都是其次，一整個晚上老鼠串來串去，整晚沒睡，第二天清早趕緊退房了。住出了了陰影

我住的是客棧景觀最好的一間房間，暑期價格是770一晚。景觀的確很絕絕子。
但是服務我真的想呵呵了，整的我對西江絕對不想去第二次，房間的景觀好，但是也要爬很多的台階才能到房間，每天上上下下累的沒有力氣。然而到達的那天①前台出來接人的時候，沒有主動幫我拿行李箱，我們從西門拖着箱子走的已經很累了，也是看到評論裏面大部分客棧都會幫忙拿箱子，然後前台的大姐看見我一個孕婦和我媽媽兩個人累的上氣不接下氣也沒有主動幫我們拿箱子，直到她問我訂了什麼房間我們累的沒有搭理她，才有人幫我拿了其一的行李箱。②酒店服務還是差，沒有告知有早餐，早上下去散步才聽説八點之前有早餐，當時八點整拒絕我們用餐，然而八點之後又接待了別的家庭用餐。③沒有人情味，西江很熱，我爬了很多台階累的走不動了，希望能延遲退房至下午四點或五點，然而店家衹答應延遲至三點鐘。那麼我花錢開鐘點房也可以吧，店家也拒絕了，他説都滿房了，要等我的房間打掃，實際上，我三點退房的時候，整棟樓房空空如也，沒有發現哪間住了客人。攜程也顯示有空房。④前台告訴我一號橋到七號橋是有觀光車的，這個和實際不符，我被坑的。揹着行李走了很遠很遠的路，⑤酒店的衞生，真不是七百多的水準，以後再也不想去西江

帶着長者出行，一樓這間面積夠大，不用爬樓梯，挺適合他們的，但一樓有一些黴味，樓上空調的水都滴在屋門口，可能太潮了。他們的住房依山而建有好幾棟，3棟那裡有他們的公用觀景大陽台，夜晚很好看。酒店位置在西門坐兩次車，到佳佳賓館下，房東會過來接。

衞生：床單和被套有部分污漬，不知道是不是沒換還是沒洗乾淨，沒有一次性馬桶墊；
環境：隔音差，樓上樓下走路都能聽見；
服務：玩完回來發現房間缺少一次性拖鞋和梳子，打幾次電話座機和手機不接，最後換了個號碼打過去才接，讓到前台拿，辦理入住的時候怎麼不説，而且一次性拖鞋應該是穿過洗了之後重新包裝的，上面還有臟的。
總的來説，性價比極低。
唯一的亮點是能夠看到大部分夜景。

服務：還行。無早餐。
環境：陽台風景不錯。就是上樓需要提行李，店裡小哥幫忙提了上去，寨子裏都沒電梯。
價格：800多才訂到觀景雙床房。。。
