The hotel offers dedicated parking both above and underground, which is very handy. Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately greeted with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Next to the front desk, there's a tea station and coffee machine with various herbal teas, along with a display cabinet offering afternoon tea items like fruits, cakes, and beverages, all complimentary for guests. The staff are exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, which is really heartwarming – truly living up to its highly-rated reputation. The room itself feels spacious and bright, with excellent facilities. Many thoughtful details stand out, such as dual bathrooms, disposable facial towels, disposable bath towels, toilet seat covers, as well as alcohol wipes and shoe-shine cloths. These small touches really showcase the hotel staff's attentiveness and care. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and our whole family slept soundly. The hotel's breakfast is abundant and varied, with a good mix of meat and vegetarian options, and the taste is fantastic. The shrimp cakes, Ai Cao Baba (mugwort cakes), freshly baked bread, and beef rice noodles were particularly delicious. The hotel also offers complimentary lunch and late-night snacks. We didn't have lunch, but we enjoyed the late-night snacks twice, which included congee, small dishes, and rice noodles – very good! Upon check-out, they even gave us a bottle of sour soup base as a gift, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend this excellent value-for-money hotel to anyone planning a trip to Kaili or Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. The hotel is 30 kilometers from Qianhu Miao Village, making it ideal for self-driving tourists who prefer not to stay in guesthouses within the scenic area. Finally, I wish the hotel continued success and the staff a happy and prosperous life!"

"I was very happy to book a guesthouse that I really liked. Before we arrived, the owner contacted us via WeChat to make sure we could get there smoothly. Since the guesthouse is located on a mountain, someone came to pick us up after we reached the village and helped us with our luggage. Our room had huge glass windows offering views of the Miao village both day and night. Breakfast was homemade by the owner, so it was fresh and cooked to order. Eating a hot meal in the morning was very heartwarming. The guesthouse also offers Miao ethnic costume experiences and recommendations for travel photography with discounts. There are many guesthouses in Miao Village, and the competition is fierce. All guesthouses are continuously renovating and beautifying, and I could really feel the owner's dedication to running this guesthouse. I highly recommend their viewing platform; the panoramic views are absolutely fantastic."

"What made us really happy was that the hotel had a great selection of new Miao ethnic costumes available for guests to use for free. We took them to the scenic area and had a long, fun photoshoot there. **Facilities:** This hotel was our top choice after looking at several others, and its facilities are quite comprehensive. We saw that the hotel only opened last year, so everything is relatively new and very comfortable. **Hygiene:** The owner and staff personally inspect everything, and from the moment you walk in, you feel a warm welcome. The owner even made us tea. **Environment:** Parking was very convenient during our stay here. The owner also recommended some great places to eat, and the food truly was delicious. **Service:** They provided shuttle service throughout our stay, and they were incredibly warm and hospitable."

"Traveling with my elderly parents and young child to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, I was worried about all the stairs. After searching online, I found this place which claimed to be right by the road with no uphill climbing. True to their word, the sightseeing bus drops you off directly at the entrance. The hostess was already waiting by the road, and she kindly helped us with our luggage. The guesthouse even has an elevator, making it completely hassle-free for seniors. We were also treated to complimentary afternoon tea and a refreshing mung bean soup in the evening. Our panorama room offered stunning views of the entire Miao village lit up at night – no need to jostle for space at the viewing platform, we could enjoy the spectacular night scenery right from our room."

"This hotel probably boasts the best location in the entire Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. Our room had a fantastic balcony view, overlooking the entire village. It's incredibly close to the Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village observation deck, just a few dozen meters away, so you can pop over anytime. Dining options nearby are also very convenient; you can take the stairs down to Fengyu Bridge No. 5. The hotel's service, hygiene, and facilities were all excellent. The Marshall speaker in the room had superb sound quality. The hotel's shuttle service was great, with staff guiding us and helping with luggage. The afternoon tea offered a wide variety and a beautiful view. The hotel has two buildings, each with its own observation deck, featuring many great spots for photos. When we returned to the hotel at night, there was a complimentary sweet soup prepared for us, and the mini-bar had free Coke and Sprite. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village."

"The hotel's decor and ambiance are great, and our room offered panoramic views of the Miao village. However, the location is incredibly inconvenient! While there's a butler service for pick-up and luggage assistance, and you can park downstairs, you still have to climb a lot of stairs to get in. Going out is even more troublesome, as you have to walk downhill to a station to catch a ride. The room we booked was a bit small, but I found it perfectly adequate. Yet, the staff kept pushing us to upgrade to a larger room, which I found very off-putting! The breakfast was also very simple and not very substantial."

Downstairs is a food street and a photography street, making dining and shopping quite convenient. Service: Excellent. After calling the owner, we met at the No. 6 Wind and Rain Bridge. A dedicated butler handled our luggage, and we were even given a free trial of Miao clothing."

"As soon as I checked in, I found a spider on my pillow. I told the hotel to change my clothes and clean the room. But I slept fine at night, but my face was like this when I woke up in the morning. I reported it to the front desk, but the front desk staff acted as if it was none of their business. They just said that there was a clinic at the entrance of the ancient town and that was it... The clinic said it was probably bitten by insects... Speechless😑"

"Here's a review of the hotel in order. The hotel's location is good, very close to the observation deck. The butlers were very helpful; without them greeting us, it would be easy to get lost. The overall decor is quite thoughtful, the lobby has a great atmosphere, perfect for afternoon tea and enjoying cocktails made by the lovely staff. The downside is that there's no direct view of the Miao village from the windows. We chose two room types, one on the 4th floor and one on the 1st. Being further from the main area, it was much quieter. However, this didn't guarantee a night view from the room. Also, the room still smelled of fresh renovations. A previous power and water outage left some muddy water when the pipes were turned on. The room's advertised features included cleanliness and elegance, and the presence of Jo Malone, Marshall, and Dyson products. Upon check-in, we discovered the Dyson was from Huaqiangbei (a major electronics market in Shenzhen), and Jo Malone wasn't available (the butler said it was temporarily out of stock but would be restocked). Marshall was available, and the elegant design perfectly met expectations, including the seamless integration of the grout in the floor tiles, making the room appear larger. But! The Miao village is in the south, and it's humid, so I understand there might be small insects. However, the bedding wasn't clean enough, the pillowcases weren't smooth after drying, and there were bits of debris on the bed and dust mites breeding on the wooden furniture because they hadn't been treated. It was very unpleasant. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars: 3.5 for the environment and 4.5 for the service."

If you need help finding a waiter, you must come down and shout loudly more than three times! The breakfast is even more speechless. Not only is there no milk, but the nine-square grid is not enough, and they even use oranges and red dates to make up... There are 56 ethnic groups, and I have never seen any ethnic group eat oranges and red dates for breakfast... Don't even think about choosing a family room. The bath towel is yellow, and the gap between the bed and the platform is very easy to fall on the child"
