Le Shan Jinjiang Jia Zhou Hotel

Location: The location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk to the Shangzhongshun area, and along the way, you pass through the old streets of the city center, which has a fantastic local vibe. If you're a fan of 'Xiong Di Huo' or 'Tian Tong' (local delicacies/terms), then you're in luck – you'll also pass by the popular 'Xiaowuli' independent bookstore. Right next to the hotel are several specialty shops selling sweet-skinned duck, Yeba (glutinous rice cake), Aizi bing (shortbread), Ka bing (crispy cake)... There are also plenty of restaurants nearby offering authentic Leshan cuisine like noodles, chaoshou (wontons), Qiaojiao beef, and Yuerji (taro chicken stew). It's also very close to Wemiao Temple, Laoxiaoding, Jiading Bookstore, and Guihualou Alley. In short, it's incredibly convenient. Facilities: The room is spacious, not cramped, and has everything you need. On the thirteenth floor, there are two telescopes; facing east, you can see the Grand Buddha in the distance, and facing southwest, you can see the snow-capped mountains. This completely made up for not being able to get tickets to the Grand Buddha scenic area during the May Day holiday. The green cherry tomatoes in the welcome fruit basket were absolutely delicious. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and polite. Because I arrived too early, before check-in time, they proactively upgraded me to a family room so I wouldn't have to wait too long. Although the step stool and small toilet seat weren't needed, it still made my 13-year-old 'big kid's' dream come true, and I'm very grateful! The hotel thoughtfully compiled a list of Leshan's best local food, so you can just go and eat with confidence. Leshan Authentic Snacks: We tried eight specialty snacks, and my child said the Mabian Chaoshou was the best – they even drank all the soup. I will definitely visit Leshan again, and this hotel will undoubtedly be my top choice.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the river, and the river-facing rooms offer a view of the Buddha when you open the window. The Cloud Restaurant has a great view. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. There's also a car park, making it convenient for getting around. The restaurant is open all day.

The hotel room was great! You can see the Big Buddha right outside the window, and the room was quite spacious. The service was also very good, and the bedding was comfortable. You can take a stroll along the river after dinner right downstairs. They even provided complimentary welcome fruits, and the view from the 13th-floor breakfast area was amazing.

The location is fantastic! You can see the Grand Buddha and the Dadu River flowing by right from your window. It's also pet-friendly, making it suitable for both family trips and business travel. The breakfast is abundant, and the restaurant offers even more expansive views of the old city and the confluence of the three rivers.

Clean, quiet, and well-designed rooms. The lighting is thoughtfully arranged, and the views are absolutely incredible – you can even see the Giant Buddha from the tea area. It's convenient for both sightseeing and dining, and a walk along the riverside is very pleasant, with the sound of the flowing water being quite relaxing. Customer service is also excellent.

The hotel has a great location with a view of the Big Buddha. You can step right out of the hotel and walk along the river. The service was good, and it's not a far walk to the food street either.

Even though it was a May Day holiday, it wasn't crowded at all, and we didn't have to wait to check in. Our river view room was surprisingly quiet, offering a great view of the Big Buddha and an unobstructed river panorama. It was truly relaxing just to stay in the room and enjoy the scenery. Food deliveries were brought right to our room by a robot, and children's amenities were available. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was impressive.

The Jinjiang Jiayou Hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing the Leshan Giant Buddha and the confluence of the Three Rivers, and is not far from Dongdajie Street and Zhanggongqiao Food Street. As one of Leshan's established star-rated hotels, the lobby is grand and opulent, and the rooms are spacious and tidy. The staff are also very warm and friendly. Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but a few details could be improved: 1) The guest room elevators don't require a key card to access specific floors, meaning anyone can use them. I occasionally saw delivery drivers bringing food directly to guest room doors, which poses a certain security risk. 2) The gap under the guest room door was quite wide, about 2cm. This not only meant poor soundproofing, but also allowed light from the hallway to shine into the room. 3) The hairdryer in the room only had a cold setting. Fortunately, after I reported it to the lobby manager, he immediately replaced it for me. 4) The shower stall has a smooth marble floor with no handrails, and the anti-slip mat provided is tiny. Showering felt precarious, and I was constantly worried about slipping and falling, especially for families traveling with elderly people. I strongly recommend that the hotel add plastic slippers to the shower area, or replace the anti-slip mat with a larger one, or even install handrails. 5) The water temperature in the shower was extremely difficult to control; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. Taking a shower in the fluctuating temperatures of early spring made me worried about catching a cold.
