The hotel is clean and well located. Lots of free parking spaces in front of the property.
Unfortunately the heating had a malfunction and the room was consistently over 30 degrees. We had to sleep with the window open. The electric roller shutter spun every now and then and didn't shut down.
Otherwise recommended for a short stay.

Excellent stay. Spacious and modern rooms plus super friendly staff and delicious food. Not a run-of-the-mill hotel, but a family-run yet modern hotel. Always happy to come back!

Hotel of the "3 star superior" category. I've stayed in 4 star hotels much worse. Chic and modern furnished with very nice and attentive staff and good food. A real gem that you would not have expected in this area (residential area). We will be back!!

I was born in Leverkusen and always stay at the Hotel Kristal when I'm visiting family at home. The selection and the food in the Kristal are very good, the service really courteous. The rooms are modernly furnished and the bathroom is very chic. It's always clean and the beds are super comfy! The next morning we were all able to have breakfast together, even though my family didn't sleep in the hotel. I'd love to come back, I'm looking forward to summer with the outdoor area!

We spent one night there on our way through. Super hospitable and courteous service. The rooms are new and equipped with modern bathrooms. We really enjoyed it and if we're in the area again we'll definitely come back!

Super feines Hotel mit aufmerksamen Angestellten. Meine Familie und ich haben 2 Tage im Kristallhotel genächtigt, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen. Das Hotel liegt super ruhig in Leverkusen Rheindorf und ist einfach zu erreichen. Das Frühstück konnten wir noch im Oktober bei der schönen Sonne auf der Terrasse genießen. Hervorragend war auch das Restaurant ,,Kornblume”, welches zu dem Kristallhotel gehört. Komme immer wieder gerne.

Wunderschöne Einrichtung, gutes Frühstück + sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und man hat auch eine gute Autobahnanbindung - das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Schöne Spaziergänge direkt am Rhein sollte man sich auch nicht entgehen lassen :)
