原訂布達拉宮周邊另一家酒店下單後無房了。攜程調整到臨近的智選酒店的。 原本對平台給予的調換酒店位置、硬件、停車等覺得都還行，晚上回酒店洗澡時候發現，浴巾破損的非常嚴重，絕對是此行西藏甚至這麼多年不論出差或者旅遊都沒有見過的。 早上因為趕飛機，沒有時間和酒店反應，希望能加強品質管理！

很認真的一條評價：1、酒店服務很熱情周到，剛到酒店就提供了紅景天熱飲，服務態度真的是特別好。2、酒店衞生做的很好，給我們安排的是木地板房間，給人感覺就是乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，很不錯。3、酒店有自己的停車場，在拉薩這個地方，有停車場的酒店真的很少，而且是在市中心哦。4、早餐種類豐富，味道非常不錯，出門在外吃好住好真的很重要。5、出行方便，門口就可以打車，去好多景點都衹是幾分鐘的車程。給這個酒店點個贊！

酒店地理位置很好，位於拉薩市中心，出行很方便，距離大小昭寺都很近，走路能到，旁邊吃飯的地方也很多，對於不挑剔的人來説很友好，主要是酒店符合我心裏的預期，服務態度很好，熱情周到，小姐姐好漂亮，大廳還可以免費吸氧，早餐也很符合洲際的標準，非常不錯的一次入住體驗！

極度不推薦！首先酒店停車非常不方便，沒有保安守在停車閘口，居然還要你下車跑去前台讓人抬桿。其次定酒店的時候有免費升級房型，結果前台直接給拒絕了，這個不重要。前台是我着重要説的，非常不專業，永遠拿着手機在玩，你過去問他，他才會抬頭看你一眼。其次對於客户的意見沒有絲毫的重視，入住第二天上午8點多，3樓居然開始裝修了，大家知道拉薩的8點多相當於內地城市6點多，我想打電話問問前台什麼情況，結果發現房間的電話是壞的？我通過攜程的電話撥打過去，他居然説：我們酒店就是這樣的，9點開始裝修。沒有一句抱歉，理直氣壯。然後客房居然就來敲門了，問我退不退房？？？ 非常生氣，然後我看了一下這個酒店的評論，統一的都是這個酒店的服務人員態度非常不專業，沒工服，玩手機，對客户愛理不理，我出來玩了快20天，用攜程定酒店定了20天，這個酒店是我唯一覺得垃圾到我已經無語並且懶得去和工作人員溝通的酒店，避雷吧鐵子們！
