"The room is equipped with an oxygen concentrator and humidifier, which are great for dealing with altitude sickness and the dry climate. The scenic room offers a distant view of the Potala Palace. The room itself was clean and tidy, generally quite good. However, all the hotels I booked in Nyingchi had smart toilets with bidets, which this one didn't have, making the hotel feel a bit dated. We drove ourselves and encountered a slight issue with parking, but the butler was very proactive in resolving it. Overall, we were satisfied."

"The first time I went to Lhasa, I stayed at Songtsam Linka. I had a very good experience at first, because its hotel facilities are relatively new, giving you a special feeling of entering Lhasa. The hygiene is also very clean. It is a small independent room, and there are several guests in the independent mobile room. But they don't disturb each other. The environment is even better. In the place with blue sky and white clouds in Lhasa, coupled with the unique geographical environment of this hotel, it is very quiet and secluded. As for the service, I can only say that there are no major mistakes, but the emergency response ability is too poor. When encountering emergencies, the service staff did not make me feel that they handled it well, and their ability to solve problems needs to be strengthened. We have also communicated with the person in charge of the hotel. Next time if we encounter conflicts with hotel guests, I hope we will do better in the future, instead of just apologizing and making peace. Diffuse oxygen supply: This is really a very important system. After all, Lhasa is still at a very high altitude, and rest at night is very important. With this oxygen supply system, you can really sleep well at night, and their bedroom shading effect is very good. Once the curtains are drawn and the lights are turned off, it is pitch dark and very quiet. It is really nice to sleep. Daily afternoon tea (only available in the designated afternoon tea area of the hotel): We did not have afternoon tea due to time constraints. Welcome fruit: The welcome fruit is not very delicious, especially sour, and it feels like it has been left for a long time. Then they will make the bed for you at night, and they will give you the Tremella soup they prepared when you come. Very considerate, right? It gives you a feeling."

"This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Lhasa; I genuinely and highly recommend it, as everything about it is impeccable! Upon arrival, staff warmly greeted us, proactively helped with luggage, and assisted with parking. During check-in, they presented white Hada scarves and served warm Rhodiola rosea water—a beautiful, heartwarming ******* ritual. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The room experience was perfect. The entire space was spotlessly clean, and equipped with a tea set, allowing for relaxed tea breaks. With 20 hours of continuous oxygen supply, there was no need to worry about altitude sickness, and my sleep quality was excellent. The hotel also offers free daily laundry service for up to five items, making the trip easy and stress-free. The location is truly exceptional, situated between the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple. Both major attractions are within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and pilgrimages. The staff were attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay, the amenities were comprehensive, and the price offered incredible value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lhasa!"

"The hotel was newly opened at the end of December last year. The decoration and room linen are quite satisfactory. Breakfast service hours are indeed not available. The infrastructure needs to be improved. The WiFi does not have a check-in login message. I want to complain about the facilities in the shower room! ! ! The floor drain is set up with two particularly heavy blocks! The water cannot flow down at all, and the result is that the golden mountain is covered with water! I asked the waiter and was told that I had to remove the two baffles before I could take a shower! This design is really awesome. In any hotel, before taking a shower, you should first open the stopper of the floor drain with your hands! ! ! ! ! ! ! Wasn't there any testing done before the hotel opened? ? ? Make it right quickly! The room is more compact! The bathroom is narrow (designed to take the blame), but if the design is changed, the shower door will not touch the toilet! ! ! ! The sanitation of the hotel's public areas needs to be improved. There is no eye-catching entrance reminder on the parking lot floor, and the sanitation is poor! The service at the front desk of the hotel is pretty good, and almost everything is answered! But I don’t understand, why do you want good reviews all the time? ! ! Counterproductive! Did the hotel manager promise any employee mechanism with named praise rewards? ? ? Any team should emphasize collective consciousness. What’s the point of this kind of praise with a certain employee’s name! Don’t adapt hotel management from hundreds of years ago to the current domestic market!"

The staff patiently asked about my preferences beforehand and helped with the reservations. Due to time constraints, I only chose the Thangka painting and sound healing. Being able to experience Thangka without leaving the hotel was very convenient, and the sound healing brought a sense of peace to my evenings in Lhasa."

"This was my first time in Tibet, and staying at this hotel was a lifesaver for us first-timers at high altitude. It's clean, tidy, and offers 24-hour oxygen supply. The butler was also incredibly kind; he explained how to use the oxygen equipment, promptly helped us with any issues, and even packed us a breakfast. The hotel also provided a welcome gift and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, right near Barkhor Street, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Jokhang Temple. You can even get a great view of the Potala Palace from the rooftop. Fantastic!"

"This is my third visit to Lhasa. Previously, I stayed in the city center, where prices were about 100 higher, parking was inconvenient, and the rooms were tiny. This time, I'm very satisfied. The laundry room is spacious, and the staff helped hang and bag our clothes. The lobby offers free coffee and rhodiola rosea tea. The young man at the front desk was gentle and patient, and he did his best to change the room numbers for my friends who weren't satisfied with theirs. Breakfast was extensive with many choices; staying for 3 nights and having breakfast for 3 mornings didn't get boring. This is the most satisfying hotel."

The room configuration is comparable to that in Hangzhou and the hygiene is very good, unlike the hotel we stayed in on the first night, which smelled so bad that it made us doubt our lives. The service attitude is much better than other chain hotels. We directly recharged our membership and extended it for another night. I want to stay here as long as I am in Lhasa. It is really really really great. I didn't take a picture of the room because it was too messy for us to take pictures, but it is really great."

"For my in-depth trip to Lhasa, choosing this hotel was the best decision. Its location is absolutely perfect, right in front of Jokhang Temple and very close to Barkhor Street, making dining, drinking, and shopping incredibly convenient. There are several malls nearby, so you can easily pick up anything you might need. It's also just a few hundred meters from the Potala Palace. After making your reservation, it's super convenient to walk to Potala Palace Square for photos before heading in for your visit! The restaurant on the sixth floor is also exceptional; it's a shame to eat without gazing at the Potala Palace. At night, once the lights come on, it's a completely different and highly recommended view! The room was great, and the service was even more thoughtful. On the ground floor, there's complimentary bottled water, and they even offer free porridge in the evenings. For those arriving on their first day, I genuinely recommend not eating too much, as it can easily trigger altitude sickness. Instead, have some porridge, avoid showering and washing your hair, and get plenty of rest!"
