酒店位置好前台卓嘎，小張服務態度很好

This hotel is located right next to the entrance of Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple, close to shopping and transportation to other places in Lhasa, so the location is perfect. The service is the most impressive, my hotel room was facing the street and there was a loud speaker shouting all day and all night, I had to complaint to the hotel staff even though the speaker was not part of the hotel. They immediately negotiated with the the relevant people, and offered to switch my room to face away from the street. Also the hotel staff helped me to reserve the critical sites and train. I cannnot be more thankful for their help. The room was big and they cleaned every day, they did a good job cleaning the room. The onsite laundry facility was helpful too since I cannot affort to pay for laundry service. All in all, I am very happy with the stay, and will return again if I come back to Lhasa.

Checked in quite late. The front desk staff was very patient. They were still helping me deal with the problem in the middle of the night. Thank you. The sanitation is good. The hotel is close to the Jokhang Temple. It is very convenient to go out for a walk.

I basically stay at this hotel every time I go to Lhasa. It is close to the Jokhang Temple, very convenient, the room is clean, and you can enjoy the view from the top floor. You can see the Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple clearly. I felt a little uncomfortable on the first day, so I turned on the diffuse oxygen and slept well.

來拉薩住的最多的酒店，位置特別方便，早餐也不錯。前台的央吉服務很好，會考慮到客人的需求。

The room is noisy and has been renovated. The decoration is old. It's not hygienic. The air conditioning and heating are not working well. The cleaning is not active. The parking space is small and crowded. It's hard to get in every time. Really bad review. Super bad review. This hotel is too bad.
