首先，酒店的環境不錯，給我印象最深的是保安大哥，很熱心。
酒店的前台小姐姐們技能需要提高，首先塑料袋行李不可以拴在行李箱上打死結，這是常識。前台三個人分工不明確，我見過兩次忙不過來的情況，衹能説明要麼是管理人員的能力問題，要麼是工作人員的問題。
其次，洗衣房在8樓，洗衣服、晾衣服都要找專門的工作人員開鎖。工作人員很散漫，我在門口抱着衣服等了10分鐘，才等來工作人員開鎖，洗好了拿衣服也是等十幾分鍾。
最後，酒店會打電話要好評，請問你們的服務做到位了嗎？
