When we got off the bus, we found the wrong location. Miss Lina took the initiative to find us and helped us pick up the luggage. After our luggage arrived at the hotel, the security guard poured us Tibetan sweet tea after we entered the hotel. The sweet tea was delicious. The room was generally very quiet and comfortable. I recommend Atour. I forgot to pick up my laundry. The staff also helped me get a room. I want to stay again in two days when I go back.

The location is good, The room was incredibly small and the water pressure was very poor. It's painful to turn around in the bathroom. The water in the bath is either hot or cold. The room is stuffy. I dare to sell it for 600. I will never stay there again in my life.

This is the worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. There are steps to get in, and you have to carry your luggage with you. There is no one to help you open the door. You have to do it all by yourself. I helped wash the clothes and stained them. I don’t know how to wash light-colored clothes and dark-colored clothes separately. .

First, the room is too small, the suitcases can only be placed on the floor, and the bathroom is so small that there is no room for anyone to stand even if the door is opened. Second, the sound insulation is not good, and talking in the corridor affects sleep. Third, I only found out when I checked out that guests who book a room on Atour’s own official website can receive a cultural and creative souvenir, which is not available on other platforms. The room was very small, and the sound insulation effect was very poor. There was constant noise at night. Before checking in, I called the front desk to ask where the parking lot was. We were allowed to park in the underground parking lot without detailed explanation. In the end, we paid 82 yuan for parking. Told me to solve it but no reply so far.

The travel agency stall next to the hotel front desk specializes in robbing people. The one-day trip to Yanghu Karola Glacier cost me 240, while others in the same group sold it for 160. Moreover, this group claimed to have no shopping options, but it walked less than 5 kilometers on the day of departure. The guide stopped the car and forced us to buy oxygen, which was very disgusting. I suspect that the hotel and the travel agency have arranged a deal to get kickbacks. I don’t want the money, and I will never come here again.

1. When I first checked in and entered the room, there were two bottles of water on the sink. One of them was opened and drank every drop. First time encountering it. 2. The luggage storage area at the hotel front desk is basically unattended. You have to fill in a card when you check it in. It has obviously been cleaned, but is there no record of the cleaning? 4. The rooms on the side of the street are very noisy during the day. The shops along the street have been playing noisy songs, low-pitched songs, and they don't stop until about ten o'clock in the evening. 5. Because I traveled very early one morning, I went to eat at around 7:10, but the porridge and omelettes were not ready yet (breakfast is served from 7 o'clock) 6. There is a door "leading to the restaurant" near the room, and hotel staff come in and out frequently. The door opened with a sharp sound, and the door closed with a heavy clang. Even during the day, there were frequent loud opening and closing sounds until after ten o'clock at night, making it impossible for guests in nearby rooms to rest. If this door needs to be opened so often, can you clean up the broken door so that it doesn't make such a loud noise? After complaining to the manager, I got some solutions. The next morning, I was waiting for the Didi driver in the lobby. The front desk saw me and another employee next to me and said: This person is the one who complained to the manager yesterday. Very brave, gossiping about guests in such an open and honest manner. A speechless housing experience!

【簡評】裝修尚可，隔音極差，服務極差 下面衹簡單陳述客觀事實，我被噁心到沒脾氣了，不再發表任何個人見解，大家自行評判 【經歷】 1.平季帶老母親入住，前台瞭解到我們計劃連住數日，我們200r開會員，給予升級房型優惠 2.馬桶持續噪音，臨街窗外噪音，樓頂電機噪音，能清晰聽見樓上房間活動及走廊活動（馬桶系設備損壞，窗外噪音臨街房型均有此問題，包括後續換房的，電機低頻音在4樓以上明顯）老母親比較敏感，徹夜未眠，早上我知曉後要求酒店方表態 3.酒店經理打斷長者家的敍述，在未給出歉意及補償方案時提問“你們的訴求是什麼” 4.與我溝通後，酒店經理回覆：送餐機器人帶路換房，並暗示“你是否知曉升級房型這回事”？？？ 5. 再次溝通後的解決方案：A.給予延遲退房（攜程低星會員同款）B.次晚折扣價480（之前已續次晚房，價格425，見圖1） 6.再次溝通後，次晚折扣價慢慢降價（480~450~400~350），如果不住，送一個枕頭……… 7.最終解決方案，送一晚免費房，但該房仍臨街，樓下是川菜館+燒烤吧，我是不打算住的，長者家想住，見圖4預訂訊息 6.換房時目標房未經事先確認，大門緊閉，當面叩門三次確認，“這是酒店規定” 7.換房過程，由我提出人工帶領，由我帶路，由我按電梯，由我表達感謝帶路 8.午後換房後，告知酒店經理我們要補覺，1小時後客房服務來打掃房間，告知服務人員不要再來打擾，3分鐘後酒店經理再次發微信並打微信電話，補覺失敗，見圖2 9.衞生間門壞了，見圖3 10.早餐菜品少，遠不及昨天入住的林芝平措康桑（那天平措康桑客人少於5桌）；米粉是水泡粉，提供的調料和火鍋店一致 11.服務業人員發消息居然是長語音消息 【致其它客人】 如果要住，請自備耳塞，遠離2、5、6樓的房間及所有臨街房型，對房間/窗户隔音要有心理準備，對酒店服務有合理期待 【致酒店經理】 你不適合服務業，怎會有如此糟糕的應對

亞朵酒店一直是我認可的品牌，簡約環保人性化，每次出差在這裏都有一個好的睡眠。拉薩布宮廣場的亞朵更加體貼，床頭配有供養的設施讓人無懼高反，太值得推薦啦！這家酒店的胥經理年輕能幹深入一線貼近客户，讓旅客找到家一般的感受。再來拉薩還是這裏最佳。
