定位有點不準找了很久，整體不錯，服務非常熱情，看得出來老闆是在認真經營的，許多細節也都考慮到了。整體還在提升打造中，目前的感受來説，定價略高了一點。

對於孟屯河谷最高價位的酒店，名不副實，有待提高。好的方面，房間乾淨，衞生，前台服務熱情。差的方面，房間太小，根本沒有60平米。價格太高，頂多值個三四百。

老闆人很nice 第一次因為個人原因忘記了訂了兩次 發現後聯繫 馬上幫我安排了退一間 到這邊來的時候還是上午 看我們一家三口 主動提出説房間升級 本來對這邊住宿不抱希望的 但是入住後感覺挺好 最怕山裡冷 畢竟帶着小孩 房間裏面空調很暖和 和普通家裡的空調不一樣 小孩也對閣樓異常的喜歡 第一次主動提出要自己睡覺 我們帶了小狗 清潔費五十 但是都會很愛惜老闆家的東西 小狗睡的自帶的航空箱 還有去之前看有的小夥伴反應和工作人員溝通的問題 我想還是簡單的溝通方式沒有注意 老闆和阿姨人都挺好的 附近有高橋溝 老君溝 甲爾猛措 滑雪場比較小 適合帶小朋友去玩玩 入住當晚下雪了 是大顆粒的粉雪 希望大家會喜歡 💕

老闆很熱情！服務態度超級好！環境不錯！複式木屋很有意境，房間裏電暖器，加濕器都有。藏式氂牛肉湯鍋很好吃！酒店室外娛樂設備很多！特別時候帶孩子一起玩！

老闆很熱情，由於早上氣温低，早餐易冷，老闆熱早餐都跑了幾趟，房間較上次入住增加了風暖 油丁等設備，温度舒適，還增加了投影儀

國慶期間的價格翻倍了，住的三角木屋，總的來説遠達不到1000多的檔次，早上9點去吃飯且很簡單，圖1就是早餐盛放的地方，基本已經沒有吃的了。

老闆特別熱情好客~
酒店的很多小細節都做的很不錯 寵物友好
晚上坐在露台上吹吹風聊天吃東西特別愜意 而且也很安靜 餐廳很整潔乾淨 感覺整個酒店雖然不是特別大但是很温馨精緻 希望以後越來越好

周圍環境涼爽舒適，木屋也具特色。
但是被清潔阿姨催促退房是這輩子第一次遇到了。首先訂房訊息顯示你們可以兩點退房，並且登記入住時與前台小哥確定能夠兩點退房。第二天十二點半左右我們準備走了，這個時候清潔阿姨跑來告知我們趕緊退房，所謂的小哥是我們老總兒子，他什麼都不懂！兩點退房是不可以的！我管你哪位總的兒子？你坐在前台允諾我的沒做到就是你們的問題！況且你們在平台上的訊息也是兩點之前退房這麼寫的。我還不是卡點退房！所以店家要麼培訓好你們的員工，要麼把平台訊息更正吧！

有一説一，先説説優點：這家民宿的環境確實漂亮，房子外觀很有特色，金字塔的家庭房，童話裏的森林小木屋，景觀別緻漂亮，內部設施基本完善，還有燒烤區會議休閑區，老闆和服務員態度都很好，住在裏面心情是很好的，出門右手就是老君溝入口，飯後可以進去徒步體驗。再説説美中不足：首先，水壓低，水流小，也不是不能洗，但總覺得洗起來不得勁；其次那個金字塔的家庭房，因為形狀的限制，擺了床和櫃子，房間裏就沒有地方裝淋浴房，擺了一個浴缸，雖然看起來好看，也提供了一次性的浴缸袋子，但是沒有私隱可言，人也衹能站在裏面洗，所以就導致水會濺外面，地上都是水，水也不會下滲，如果不採取清理，到第二天地板上還是濕漉漉的，就衹好跑去職工生活區洗澡和上大號，體驗感就打了折扣。總之，瑕不掩瑜吧。
