I've been visiting the western Sichuan region for three consecutive years, and this place absolutely offers the best value for money, service, facilities, restaurant, ambiance, and cleanliness. The rooms are designed with a business-like feel. When we checked out, the hotel even prepared a small gift for us, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommended! Oh, and to add, the breakfast was also incredibly rich and varied, with noodles, rice vermicelli, milk, toast – everything you could ask for. It really has so many positives."

"The Shiguang Hot Spring Villa is conveniently located very close to Bipenggou, offering stunning snow-capped mountain views right outside. The room I booked had floor-to-ceiling windows with an absolutely amazing view. The room also came with underfloor heating, which kept me warm and cozy despite the high altitude. The free hot springs were available anytime, and soaking in them while gazing at the mountain scenery was incredibly therapeutic. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the facilities are complete, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's truly excellent value for money!"

The owner, a Thangka artist, warmly showed us around, and getting up close to the Thangka paintings was a novel experience. The village surroundings are very peaceful; just sitting there, you can escape the lingering smells of the past. The hotel facilities are new and complete, and very clean. There's also a cat named Tangyuan that you can pet freely, and the young lady who runs the hotel enjoys chatting with guests. This place is definitely worth a second visit."

"The hotel was easy to find and close to the scenic spots. They offer free parking, and the hotel's decor is unique and stylish. The karaoke room, in particular, with its gauze drapes and starry ceiling, was absolutely dreamy. The room itself was very spacious, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows and a separate wet and dry bathroom, even the toilet was smart. The owner was also very easygoing. We checked in late and hadn't eaten, so the owner kindly went out to buy us instant noodles. A 5-star stay, totally worth it!"

We didn't go until 10 AM, but everything was still available and piping hot."

The private hot spring tub also offered mountain views, although not directly facing them; we had to look diagonally out the window from our room. After a day of hiking, a relaxing soak in the private hot spring was pure bliss! Staying in the scenic area was incredibly convenient, as the hotel provided a shuttle to the mountain top every hour on the hour. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway!"

"The hotel is very close to Bipenggou. Only 10mins walk to the ticketing counter. The room was clean, heated duvet with room heating worked very well, comfortable beds with a 3 seater sofa. Clean toilet and nice hot shower. There are 2 small shops nearby that sells bread, chips, drinking water and basic needs. The staff were very kind and helpful. We extended our stay for the second night since it was already late evening and temperature was -12 deg celcius. Booking our second night at the hotel was super easy. The staff even helped us to get a taxi to Dujiangyan the next day. Thanks for the hospitality!"
