"I stayed at Bipeng Seasonspring Resort and it was honestly a beautiful and artistic hotel. The room was extremely lovely, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with automatic curtains, an electric fireplace, and heated floors. The hotel itself feels very high-tech and luxurious. Even small details stood out — when we requested batteries for the remote, the hotel sent them using a delivery robot, which was a fun and impressive experience. The toilet was also very modern, with blue lighting and automatic flushing, which added to the overall comfort. The staff were excellent, and when we arrived, they were able to communicate in English clearly and confidently, which made things much easier for international guests. What truly stood out the most about this hotel was the transport and service support. The hotel provides pickup and drop-off service by car to the ticket office, which was incredibly convenient. When we arrived by bus at the ticket office, I contacted the staff via WeChat, asking if they could pick us up. In less than five minutes, they immediately sent a staff member to collect us. The next day, they also sent us back to the ticket counter, and after we finished sightseeing in Bipenggou, the staff even helped transport our luggage. Communication through WeChat was very smooth and fast throughout our stay. I would genuinely give 10 stars for the driver service alone. The driver was a young man who was extremely patient, polite, and professional. His service made our experience much more comfortable and stress-free, and he truly deserves recognition. There were only a few minor drawbacks. The water dispenser in the room was extremely slow, making it difficult to even fill a thermos. Also, although the room had heated flooring, it still felt slightly cold at times. However, these were very minor issues compared to how beautiful and well-designed the room was. The main area that could be improved is breakfast. As more Malaysians are visiting China, especially Muslim travelers, I sincerely suggest the hotel add more vegetable and fruit options, as well as a wider selection of toast or bread. Many Malaysian Muslims cannot consume stir-fried dishes, even if they are vegetables, so having more simple, non–stir-fried options would make breakfast much more inclusive and enjoyable. Overall, Bipeng Seasonspring Resort is an exceptional hotel with stunning rooms, advanced facilities, and outstanding service. With some improvement to the breakfast options, it would easily be close to perfect, especially for Malaysian and Muslim travelers."

"The hotel facilities are excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything was well thought out. After adding the butler's WeChat, any issues could be communicated and resolved promptly, which was very convenient. The room isn't huge, but it's not small either. If you need disposable towels, just let the butler know, and a robot will quickly deliver them – my kids loved that. The food here is also great; portions are generous, and prices are reasonable. The group buying option, especially for the BBQ set, is a fantastic deal – good meat and delicious! Finally, their service attitude is truly exceptional. I brought my camera but forgot the memory card. When I explained the situation, they immediately contacted their local photography partners and successfully helped me get an SD card. I was genuinely touched. So, I highly recommend this place. Friends heading to Bipenggou should definitely give it a try!"

"The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and a tasteful design, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Every floor features a terrace, and the ground floor has a charming little garden right by the stream. Early mornings are often graced with picturesque mountain mist. An elevator makes it convenient for seniors. The breakfast is quite good, though dining options in the immediate vicinity are unfortunately scarce. The rooms are fully equipped. One drawback, however, was that the toilet in our room was prone to clogging and could use some improvement. All in all, it's a wonderful destination for a relaxing getaway."

"We are so glad that we picked this hotel. The hotel is stunning. We arrived late and were glad that hotpot was available in the hotel restaurant as it was freezing cool outside. We enjoyed our dinner in the beautiful restaurant. Our room was stunning. The beds were super comfortable. The heater was great. No issues with the room temperature. We slept like a baby after a two and half hours journey from Siguniang. The young staff members were helpful and attentive. Our experience in this hotel has exceeded our expectations. Sadly, we only stayed a night. We would love to revisit. Note: The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the Bippengou scenic park entrance ."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady was incredibly warm and attentive; check-in was super fast, and she thoughtfully recommended nearby restaurants and sightseeing routes. The room was clean and tidy, the bed linens were changed for every new guest, and the bathroom had no strange odors. Even the toiletries were high quality. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the lobby staff even proactively helped us with our luggage – it was such a heartwarming gesture! Next time I'm traveling to this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended to everyone!"

"The location is not far from the town center, about a 5-minute drive. We happened to be there for New Year's Eve and even saw fireworks in the square. The room was quite spacious, and the front desk upgraded our room type. The air conditioning in the room worked great, so we didn't have to worry about catching a cold while changing after soaking in the hot springs during winter. We bothered the butler a few times during our stay, and they were always patient and helpful in resolving our issues. We had the yak hotpot for dinner at the hotel, which cost 298 yuan and was just the right amount for two adults and one child."

"The room was spacious with a great view outside the window. The underfloor heating kept it very warm and cozy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the scenic area entrance, just a few minutes' drive away. I enjoyed a very relaxing hot spring bath before bed, which helped me get a wonderful night's sleep! Highly recommend!"

"The room is a bit old style. The towel is the disposable type. But the staff was quiet helpful, when we said we'll need to leave hotel early in the morning at 7, meanwhile the breakfast is starting at 7.30 a.m, we ask whether we can take a bit take away to eat on our way to another places which takes 8 hours, and the receptionist granted it❤️"

"We booked this hotel on the spot because we had a bad experience at the previous one, and this place was amazing! The service was so much better. The room was super clean and had voice-activated smart controls. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a fantastic view, and the hotel's decor was really elegant. They even had a bonfire party in the evening, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. This was hands down the best breakfast I've had on any trip! (Maybe it was the altitude sickness, but everything tasted incredibly delicious.) How can the sliced lettuce and pig ears in chili oil be so good?! (I don't have many photos of the hotel's interior, so please bear with these few. The decor is great, and it's one of the few places there with an elevator.)"
