You and the staff at Canyon Cove Hotel and Spa were exceptional in their service and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. My wife and I had a pleasant Valentine's Day excursion at the Coral Beach Club and I will say a bit more about the resort than I usually do. Our first reaction was that there is a lot stuffed into a relatively small space—six buildings with 26 guest rooms, a dining/recreation area, a pool/jacuzzi complex, and a parking area—in 2200 square meters with a 40 meter beach front. Closer observation showed that the resort is well laid out and the plan produces a family-friendly resort with something to entertain virtually all guests. Plus, the resort does not offer day passes so the facilities are never overloaded. As we settled in, we noticed that our room and the facilities are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Linens and towels appear fresh and new, while necessary items (water, instant coffee, soap, shampoo, toothpaste) were delivered to our room every morning. The resort fronts on a public beach which is swept twice a day. Uniformed security officers prevent loitering, while vendors promoting banana boat rides, snorkeling, and floating bamboo platform rentals are courteous and helpful. Prices seem to be set by the LGU so there isn't much point in negotiating and there is little danger of being over charged. We rented a floating bamboo platform for a day (P1500) and couldn't have been happier. When necessary, the vendor trooped to the store for us and moved our platform on request so we could see more of the coral, The dining/recreation area deserves special mention. The staff are uniformly friendly and helpful, and the menu is a delight. There are items for every taste and budget: kiddie hot dogs up to adult priced steaks (which are imported from the United States). For Valentine's dinner, my wife had a tasty rib eye steak while I enjoyed a wonderful salmon filet. Breakfasts were included with our package and my wife and I both enjoyed the Full American Breakfast. Staff members were able to add a couple extra pieces of toast and an extra cup of coffee when I asked. The facilities are smoke free, but designated smoking areas are conveniently located throughout. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return with friends and family.

This hotel is 11.1 mi (17.9 km) from Nasugbu Pavillion Beach Park and 12.2 mi (19.6 km) from Wawa Port.Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.Enjoy a satisfying meal at Restaurant serving guests of El Pueblo De Hermano by Cocotel.The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.Make yourself at home in one of the 16 air-conditioned rooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Rooms have private balconies or patios. Cable television is provided for your entertainment. Bathrooms have showers and complimentary toiletries.

MBH is a remarkably attractive facility: large rooms with updated shower/bath; multiple swimming pools and recreation areas; soft sand beach; friendly, helpful staff aside from the restaurant. All facilities are well maintained and fully cleaned. Check-in and check-out was smooth and flawless. Security is unobtrusive but more than adequate to insure guest safety. Unfortunately, food service is a serious problem. Like many resorts, MBH prohibits outside food but that restriction is more troubling here than at other resorts. In the restaurant, poorly trained wait staff members seem to wander around a good deal and do whatever they can to avoid serving customers. Just getting coffee is a 20+ minute ordeal while the food is bland and tasteless . . . the worst of Filipino cuisine. The menu lists other options (pizza for example), but they are generally ”unavailable.” And you can expect to pay 30% to 50% more than comparable dishes cost elsewhere. We had considered extending our stay, but after two days we were so displeased by the food service that we elected to go elsewhere and we will not return.

Staff welcomed us warmly, they were accommodating and courteous. The place was lovely. They had grey sand beach. Some garbage scattered all over the beach, as some typical beaches (I really admire palawan for their effort in taking care of their beaches. They have cleaners raking off leaves, sea****s and garbage if any.). Anyway, the room was good, aircon was working properly, bed were spacious, pillows not smelly, toilet was clean and showers are heated. The wifi was working well at the pool area and maybe some rooms around it. The room, services and free breakfast was perfect for the price. It is not a luxury hotel but I can say the that the owner and staff are doing great effort with their services. Its a great find for a budget hotel. We rented their cheapest room. There were 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 kid. There was even a single bed for the kid. The path going to the resort was a bit challenging. Once you reach the road where only one car fits, you might think twice, but theres no turning back: literally😂. Anyway, we had fun.

The hotel room is large, but partial to 4-star standards, bamboo. The beach environment is very good, the sand is very fine, there are various water activities but you have to pay extra, there is a car in the park to take you to the beach, and it is very close by walking. The food is relatively monotonous, but overall it is a very relaxing resort, and I would like to go again.

1. It is very convenient to park, with extra bed, suitable for bringing children. 2. The scenery of the balcony is invincible, and the view of Taal Lake is unobstructed. 3. Sitting on the balcony, there is a feeling of ”the breeze is coming, the water is not happy”. 😁 4. In the early morning on the balcony, there is a cool breeze, and the birds in the valley are constantly singing, which is very healing. Probably the best lake view hotel in Tagaytay.

Rooms are clean and clean. I didn't have any trouble eating. The service of the employees is good. Recently I often use this hotel.
