因為自駕去恩施大峽谷，就近頭一天晚上入住搜尋利川這家應該算是比較好的了。晚上十一點到，門口車停滿了，保安大叔説停到對面，行，我們到的晚沒車位了理解，行李卸下來去對面停車。房費300預授權300通過微信付款，奇葩的事情來了，凌晨2點房間座機響了，我和家人驚醒接聽無聲音掛斷後，再次響了，前台問我有沒有付房費？？？一個星級酒店居然半夜打電話問這種事情！第二天退房時詢問投訴電話，前台小哥説夜班同事記錯了，沒有投訴電話然後就接待其他人不再理我。行吧我聯繫攜程客服管家，管家十分耐心告知我聯繫酒店後反饋，全天攜程三次告訴我酒店方告知領導當日內會給我打電話。到了晚上8:30沒有任何人聯繫我，攜程客服打電話過來表示再三溝通，酒店的人都説給領導説了等回覆，然後擱置電話忙其他事情，把攜程小哥也整不會了。大家請避雷，如此荒誕的錯誤和理直氣壯的態度真對不起酒店星級和評分。

前台小黃和小陳服務很好，辦理很快，而且還幫忙升級了房間，房間空間很大，住起來很舒服，選擇利川開元很有温馨的感覺，前台小妹妹服務態度和專業能力都是很值得稱讚的。

體驗感非常好，完美體現了高大上的感覺。不配是利川最好的酒店呢 而且服務熱情需要什麼都能能及時補充。前台的小姐姐熱情服務 辦理入住快，退房時前台小劉的熱情服務有一種賓至如歸的感覺 好評好評 下次還會再來噢

酒店距離高速出口不遠，自駕出行很方便，酒店停車方便，大堂服務很好，辦理手續快捷，房間乾淨衞生，早餐品種多味道還不錯，酒店對面吃飯的選擇多，飯後在河邊散步不錯。
