The room was even cleaner than in the photos, the bedding was so soft I slept wonderfully, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring I wouldn't be disturbed during the day. The receptionist was very attentive, and check-in and check-out were quick. The facilities were also new, and the air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. Overall, the environment was clean and refreshing, and the price was great. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Lichuan!"

"The hotel looks quite large from the outside, and the lobby is spacious with carpeting everywhere, making it very quiet. There's underground parking, which is convenient for drivers. However, the room was terrible. There was a strong toilet smell as soon as I entered. I thought opening the window would solve the problem, but the smell lingered until I went to sleep. It seemed to be coming from a cheap toilet cleaner. Lesson learned: if you encounter a room like this, it's best to ask the front desk to change rooms immediately. I felt like I was being poisoned after smelling it all night. Also, the room didn't match the pictures on Ctrip. The bathroom was tiny; the shower and toilet were practically next to each other. The pictures showed glass partitions, but the door was broken and didn't even have a handle. Honestly, the room was quite large, but couldn't they have allocated some space to the bathroom? Overall, it was a poor experience. I spent several days in Enshi, and other hotels in other cities that were cheaper had better facilities."
