I confess I had low expectations. The rooms are classic not as modern as we might like but the hotel is beautiful. Beautiful historic property with manicured gardens. The staff, in particular the most knowledgeable lady very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast. I recommend.

Unique opportunity to share an Italian villa at its best. Let alone David the concierge which was accommodating to the extreme and made our stay as probably best ever in Europe

The hotel was just lovely! Immaculate, friendly helpful staff, beautiful breakfast every morning and well cared for pool. We also dined at the alfresco restaurant and although the menu was limited it was well prepared. The rooms in the new building had good size beds and bathrooms and a small balcony. You would never know there was so much activity outside the Villa walls!

Magnificent stay in this hotel immersed in a beautiful and restful park just a few meters from the sea. Definitely our first but not last stay here. The historical environment, the particular cachet, the furniture, paintings, sculptures, the decor in general gives you a sense of relaxation, it seems that everything moves more slowly, in such a coveted silence. It was a memorable stay, everything was to our liking: the courteous, helpful, smiling staff, the breakfast a stone's throw from the swimming pool, the parking with the possibility of charging 4 electric cars, even for free, the tennis courts, the tables in a romantic setting in the shade of the trees of the large park, the huge swimming pool, the outdoor bar…. 4 days were not enough to fully enjoy all the services, such as the SPA. So, as said, we will be back….

The property is in a convenient location and has a beautiful garden. The small room and bathroom on the second floor without a lift. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the air conditioning was very annoying because the air jet was aimed directly at the bed so as to disturb sleep. The aperitif in the bar near the pool was very pleasant.
