We were put up here after ITA Airways canceled out flight and we missed our connecting flight. One of the most vile, disgusting places we have ever been. An abandoned property in disrepair with no staff, amenities, food or decent utilities we paid cash for a "taxi" to take us back to the airport rather than stay in this run down, gross vile mess of what should be a condemned property. Beware if you stay here or fly ITA Airways. One of the worst travel experiences we have ever had in our global endeavors.

It all started with the check in experience. Although the hotel was empty it took forever to give us the room’s key. The place is outdated. It made us feel Like in the 70s. Lots of flies all over. In the lobby, in the room and in the what the call restaurant. Minibar was empty it took us 40 minutes to get a bottle of water. Dinner was very simple but the pasta was ok. Good location, close to the beach. The outside areas are dirty and not maintained. WiFi doesn’t work. It connects but no traffic. Mentioned it to the reception and they were careless. In the room the ace was leaking water, the floor was all wet. Also mentioned to the reception and nothing was done. It was a horrible experience. Could not wait to leave. Will never come back.

Very close to the beach. A very basic hotel but the rooms are fine. I think more a 2* than a 4*.

This hotel was booked for us and had we known we would not have been there at all! Not only was it not convenient, but on arrival it was obvious that this hotel has been neglected as the plaster was coming off the outer walls. In fairness, quite a few places in the area were in a poor state of repair. Inside, it was clean but dated as if back in the 70s. Shower was in a very bad condition and there wasn't even a hook to hold up the shower head. Only found 2 plugs in the room - one being used for the fridge and the other behind the single bed. Air con unit was a bit noisy.. Breakfast was... Let's see, pitiful, to say the least and that is knowing what continental breakfasts are usually consistent of in Italy. Toilet in lobby was right beside an open window which was just at the level of the WC so glad nobody outside at the time.. and we couldn't find any way to flush it. Had no real interaction with staff except at reception on arrival and they were fine. Very close to the local beach which was nice but otherwise it's a "NO" don't do it!

Volevo ringraziare tutto lo staff per la disponibilità e l"accortezza che hanno avuto verso mio figlio che è affetto da una grave allergia alimentare,si sono tutti messi a disposizione ed hanno sempre avuto attenzione particolare sia in cucina che in sala verso mio figlio. Grazie ancora

Pessima esperienza a partire dai pasti serviti in modo irrispettoso. La qualità dei cibi indefinibile, trattati peggio che in una mensa pubblica scadente. Colazione con caffè solubile mentre il caffè espresso era a pagamento extra. Durante la cena la pasta perennemente scotta con pesto di pessima qualità. La carne non si poteva chiamare tale. Camere accettabili. Servizi igienici discreti. Tornerei solo per pernottare ma non mi sognerei mai di consumare pasti in questo albergo. Farebbero meglio a togliere il ristorante se questi sono i risultati.

Del Grand hotel questo albergo non ha assolutamente niente!A partire dall arredamento e continuando con scarafaggi, e sporco un po' ovunque compresi i cassetti! Non parliamo poi del bagno! In questi giorni c'erano gite scolastiche e abbiamo sentito i bambini che riferivano alle maestre che le loro camere erano sporche!
