We booked a room with a window and got one without any at first. After talking to the staff they changed it. We stayed there for 4 nights and nobody cleaned our room, not even once. Nobody took out the trash or gave us the necessities. On top of that we were manipulated into buying a VERY expensive trip by the staff. On the good part the hotel is well located, has a nice rooftop terrace and allows you to do laundry for free.
