"啊飞 (Ah fei) is an exceptional, passionate, and dedicated butler. He went above and beyond to help us plan and book our trips, making our stay extremely smooth and enjoyable. His service truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Everything was well maintained and very pleasant. The only minor issue was that the heating/warmer system could be a bit unstable at certain times, but it did not significantly affect our overall stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this hotel, especially thanks to Ah Fei’s outstanding service."

"The service here was absolutely amazing! I usually don't write reviews, but this time I just had to share 😂. When we arrived, the owner personally came to pick us up and even helped with our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful. The guesthouse is halfway up Lion Mountain, and I initially thought it might be noisy, but it was completely quiet. Getting around was super convenient; Square Street and Bar Street were just a 4-5 minute walk away, making it easy to go anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was stable. It offered great value for money, and the overall Japanese-inspired design felt so cozy. When it got chilly at night, I just told the owner and a heater was brought to our room right away. The owner warmly invited us to join them for tea and meals, and every evening we could chat with other guests and make new friends in the tea room. The atmosphere was truly fantastic – I guess this is what travel is all about! I especially have to mention the Lijiang Eternal Love show tickets the owner helped us book. They were incredible value, VIP tickets even, but at a price lower than regular VIP tickets! They also thoughtfully told us where to catch the shuttle bus, which was really great! When we left, the owner even asked our departure time, personally helped carry our luggage to the taxi stand, and waited until the car arrived and our bags were in the trunk before leaving. Every day we stayed here was delightful, and it was definitely an unforgettable accommodation experience! I hope the owner's business thrives and they host many more lucky guests~"

"The hotel located in the small street, however, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I request the car pick up at the train station and they arrange for us easily only 40 rmb. The room is clean and warm, i have deep sleep. Anyway my friend room have the light problem. The hotel offer us new room but the all luggage was repacking. So in the morning they offered to refund the room for us. That’s is the really good response. We really appreciate it and definitely come back and recommended Top floor you can see the perfect view of jade dragon mountain. You shall stay here. The room rate are really friendly too. Recommended"

"The hotel is just a few steps away from Lion Rock. Turn right and it will lead you all the way to the ancient town. Although there are a few steps to climb but it was all worth it. The scenery is beautiful but most important of all was the service by the proprietors of the hotel. He met us when we got down from our transport, carried our bags, served us tea and helped book all our transportation for sightseeing and transfer to Shangrila. And got a phone call from him in the evening to ask whether we have arrived safely. We booked a room facing the snow mountain and watched the sunrise from the comfort of our room. I"

"Staying at Pullman Lijiang during the off-season, I unexpectedly had a vacation experience that far exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the service was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and attentive. The front desk was warm and professional, and I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a standalone villa during the off-season. The space was enormous, and this pleasant surprise started the trip off on a great note. The villa was incredibly comfortable! The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent, making it effortless to wash away any fatigue. What surprised me most was the huge vanity desk – it's an absolute perfect design for women, with plenty of space for makeup and skincare. It really enhanced the whole experience. The underfloor heating worked wonderfully at night, keeping the room toasty warm, which was especially comforting during Lijiang's winter. The hotel itself is like a large park, with beautifully designed garden landscapes. It was very pleasant to stroll around the grounds. I must particularly praise the restaurant! The breakfast selection was rich, with flavorful freshly cooked noodles, tender scrambled eggs, and delicious local yogurt. Even the coffee exceeded expectations – it was far beyond standard hotel quality. On Christmas Eve, I wanted to have a drink, and the hotel thoughtfully delivered wine glasses, a small detail that truly touched me. Overall, this is a resort hotel with excellent service, environment, and facilities. Coming during the off-season, the value for money is especially high. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Lijiang."

"The location of Lijiang Jinmao Hyatt Hotel is excellent, with a pleasant surrounding environment and a park nearby, along with some local specialty snack shops. The hotel itself is also great. As soon as I entered, staff came over to help with my luggage. Bella at the front desk was patient and enthusiastic during check-in, diligently explaining all the hotel activities. Crucially, the hotel lobby design is very unique, situated right by the lake with views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The lobby's aromatherapy also smelled wonderful. There are shuttle buses to take guests to and from their rooms, and beautiful garden views can be enjoyed along the way. The room size is generous, making for a very comfortable stay, and the balcony view is also excellent. The facilities and amenities are comprehensive, and there are plenty of activities, ensuring a great experience. There are even small animals to interact with. Guests can also enjoy Yunnan Pu'er tea within the hotel. Staying here is truly delightful!"

"The room is very spacious and the view is beautiful. The location is great, it feels like more of a local area whilst still being close to the old town, and we particularly enjoyed feeling slightly removed from the bustle. A steamed fish hotpot at yunmu Yao restaurant just down the stairs is not to be missed and was a highlight. Some details could be improved such as providing a bathmat and body lotion. There are also no hooks for the towels near the shower. Cleanliness was overall ok but some hairs in the shower were missed and there is a little bit of build up from hard water. Overall I would stay again."

"The hotel offers a Haidilao-style level of service. I have a heart condition and had booked a lake-view room, assuming it wouldn't be street-facing. When checking in, I requested a quiet room, and the front desk staff showed me three different rooms. I ended up choosing the quietest one, which was a suite, and they upgraded me for free – I'm very grateful! In the morning, I even saw the 'sunlit golden mountains' from the restaurant, making the trip truly worthwhile."

The people working there were incredibly kind and caring. On my first night, I caught a cold and had a runny nose and sneezing, and a beautiful lady immediately brought me some food and hot water without hesitation. That level of thoughtfulness truly touched me. Every morning, she also kindly offered me coffee, which made my days start on such a pleasant note. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the amenities were very good and well maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I felt genuinely cared for during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming, authentic, and welcoming place to stay."

Lijiang Old Town is within a short walking distance, so there is no need to travel far to explore the area. The room is well equipped and thoughtfully designed. The bed comes with a heating function, which is very comfortable, especially during cold weather. The makeup area is separated from the bathroom, providing better privacy and convenience.
