The velvet bathrobes deserve full marks – they were incredibly comfortable to wear after a shower on a 10-degree Celsius night. The toiletries weren't typical guesthouse quality either; they were also star-hotel grade. The breakfast provided was delicious; it was what woke my kids up every morning, and they'd prepare it for you as soon as you got up. There's a coffee shop right at the entrance, which was super convenient for a coffee lover like me. After breakfast, a cup of coffee, and a stroll through the ancient town in the early morning – that's my kind of stress-relief time as an adult."

The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the elegant and grand design, beautifully integrated with local Naxi cultural elements. Every detail spoke of quality. The room was spacious and bright, decorated to be warm and comfortable, and the bed was so soft that I slept like a baby every night. Opening the curtains revealed a stunning view, instantly lifting my spirits. The hotel staff, especially Christina, was incredibly warm and attentive; her smile was so friendly, and she was always ready to help. The dining was also outstanding, with a variety of delicious local specialties. Every moment here was pure bliss!"

"I booked this hotel with some hesitation, but it turned out to be surprisingly great! It's located right on the edge of the old town, with its south gate opening onto the main road and the north gate leading directly into Lijiang Ancient Town. The location is truly exceptional. The stay itself was fantastic too – clean and tidy. The hotel manager even provided timely advice based on the weather to ensure the most comfortable experience. After checking out, I accidentally left a white top behind, and the manager promptly contacted me to arrange its return. I'm so grateful! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"After comparing several places, we finally settled on this one, and the location is absolutely perfect. It's very close to Zhongyi Market, so you can go early in the morning to browse the local market for fruits and snacks, and it's just a short walk back to the guesthouse. The alleys of the Old Town are quite intricate, but the owner sent us a super detailed map, so we didn't have to worry about getting lost at all. It's very convenient for getting around and shopping, and you don't have to climb hills for long periods. It's also close to the main intersection."

"The hotel environment is fantastic, with complete facilities and spacious rooms. The soundproofing is good, and the complimentary coffee is delicious. The location is definitely a bonus – it's super convenient to get everywhere. It's very close to the South Gate of the Ancient City and Zhongyi Night Market, just a few minutes' walk. You can also take the 101 bus directly to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain scenic area. We booked a courtyard twin room for our two children, and having a private courtyard made our stay very comfortable. Thumbs up! 👍🏻"

"The hotel isn't far from Lijiang Ancient Town, and there are plenty of highly-rated restaurants nearby. The room was clean and quiet, offering a distant view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain from the window. You can also go to the rooftop observation deck for photos with the snowy peaks. The owner was very hospitable, providing us with detailed tips on sightseeing and local cuisine. The barista who makes the coffee is not only beautiful but also very skilled; getting a free iced Americano every day meant there was no need to linger at the various coffee shops in the scenic area. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance! 👍🏻"

What made the most difference was the staff: sweet, caring and welcoming. We felt always cared for and pampered. Oh and the 2 property cats were absolutely adorable."

"Came to Yunnan to climb Haba Snow Mountain, successfully summited, haha! This hotel in Lijiang was super comfy after the climb. It's just a two-minute walk to the main road, but because it's tucked away in an alley, it's really quiet. The owner is incredibly nice and welcoming. The room environment is excellent and very clean. Plus, it's less than a ten-minute walk to Zhongyi Market and Lijiang Old Town! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit."

There's a rooftop viewing platform with views of the snow-capped mountains, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the North Gate Waterwheel of Lijiang Old Town."
