平時住酒店，比較在意衞生細節，進房間馬桶和洗漱盆的乾淨讓我整個人心情大好，酒店周圍環境也不錯，早晚可以在樓下走走路或者跑步，工作人員服務態度也好，入住贈送的下午茶和水果盤讓人覺得很舒心，早餐沒受團隊客的影響，品種也多，出了早餐費也覺得挺值，會再次選擇。

非常非常非常棒的酒店，設施很新、衞生乾淨、環境安靜、服務也非常熱情友好。朋友高反發燒，美女前台小姐姐 小娟 熱心的送來體温計和退燒貼，入住退房都給了很多小零食和精美下午茶。酒店地理位置離玉龍雪山景區打車大概就半個多小時，非常方便，推薦推薦！

酒店環境很好 也很安靜 房間寬敞乾淨 還免費升房了 拍照也很出片
剛開好房就送來了小零食下午茶，第二天因為要趕早上7點的飛機 凌晨4.30就退房了 前台小姐姐還送了小禮品🎁
推薦來麗江玩的都可以住這裏👍
去古城也很方便👍

超級滿意這個酒店，環境好，裝修好，還很乾凈，還有小花園，我女兒特別喜歡，睡得特別香甜，因為酒店太舒服，導致白天一直都待在酒店，傍晚才去束河古鎮逛一會。

管家kennis十分友善，第一天因為要去跟團爬雪山，沒預訂帶早餐的房間，管家特地準備了一袋麪包牛奶和小食品，讓我們上山路上吃。很不錯的體驗，下次還會再來。

來麗江旅遊，找的這家酒店，開車進來的時候外部環境就超級好，看着很舒心。從酒店地下車庫停好車拿行李剛好遇到了工作人員，很熱情幫我們拿行李帶我們到大堂辦入住，然後又幫我們拿東西到房間，全程貼心服務。房間的環境也是沒得説，整潔乾淨無異味。房間的整體環境真的很舒心，能給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。比起我們之前旅遊住過的酒店，不管是任何一方面相比，真的好出太多。

歡迎小食:有精心準備小零食和水果，超級贊。
酒店的每個工作人員服務都很熱情，尤其其中幫我們辦理入住的前台小姐姐阿拉善，人超級好，細心周到，體貼熱情。

樓下可以看到雪山。住的房間很寬敞，很舒服；二樓有健身房，瑜伽房和小的小童樂園，房卡可進。還有送下午茶和每天小食，酒店前台很nice ，退房了還送小朋友小禮品，各方面都很好。提個小建議，衞生間建議加幾個掛鈎可掛換衣服。
