The best hotel service I've ever experienced in China. From the arrival, the staff does everything possible to make your stay as satisfying and comfortable as possible. For instance, one arrived, during the registration of the passport, you're set to wait in the tea room with tea and cookies, personalised slippers are waiting in your room, warm milk is delivered at night with a note, etc. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bed is as soft as a cloud.

a wonderful place to discover the refined Songtsam hospitality. beautiful, tactile experiences, nice balcony and pool. probably the most confortable bed we have ever slept in.

松贊麼沒什麼好説的啊，肯定不會踩雷的啊，細節肯定到位的。這家還可以點菜比在西藏住的吃飯強，推薦點些本地紅酒，比網上還便宜

一如既往的優秀，相比之前住過的幾家松贊來説，自然環境相對差了一些，但還是比較安靜，春節以後住店客人不是很多，服務也還是中規中矩，房間贈送了水果，晚上夜床贈送了熱牛奶。當晚正好元宵節，去餐廳吃了免費湯圓，味道棒棒噠！房間沒有藏區酒店那麼濃重的民族特色，但是面積很大！還將繼續打卡其他松贊酒店！

整體非常滿意，對得起期待，值得評價。從下車開始服務就開始了，服務非常周到、體貼、温馨。工作人員會幫忙提行李到房間，提供薑茶和點心，房間裏還會準備歡迎水果，到達時間剛好是下午茶時間，就去體驗了一下，蘋果派很好吃，水果很新鮮。酒店非常漂亮有特色。晚上還有晚安牛奶，暖氣太足，房間太保温，導致我老是熱醒哈哈。

松贊算是滇藏網上的國產高端酒店了，進入酒店猶如進入藏文化藝術館，硬件設施一流，而且處處充滿小驚喜，喜歡藏文化的一定要試試。服務人員熱情誠懇、訓練有素，不輸國外的大牌酒店服務水平，這一點很難得，重投入可以買來各種華麗的設施，卻買不來高質量的服務能力，這需要長期培養員工、形成的管理能力。企業文化建設也做得好，看過房間裏對酒店的介紹冊很漂亮，很吸引人。希望有機會體驗松贊其他酒店，也希望國產高端酒店品牌越來越好。
