A bit dark in the room. Around 15-20 minutes walk to the city centre.

Very large and clean room.
Plus, a small, well-stocked tray for making tea or coffee accompanied by a small cake.
Secure parking pets accepted.
The little balcony was nice.
However, the bathroom needs to be reviewed: drain problem, small shower with just a shower curtain.

It was a somewhat tucked away hotel that you just drove past. Then it took a while before you were there again.
An impersonal greeting where communication was only possible in French. Maybe it's just this person, but still.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Hotel a good 20 minutes from the centre in a more residential area with nothing else around. No tourist information leaflets available in the hotel. Rpms are quite small and the bathrooms are even smaller with the hot water extremely hot, shower very small. Breakfast was quite poor with items running out and staff having to be asked to refill items and then being told there is nothing left to refill the missing items - this was not acceptable.

The idea of the curtain for shower was uncomfortable and not efficient. The reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. Special mention of the person who takes care of the guests at breakfast was super kind and warm in taking care of our needs. She needs a 5 *.
