"Basic very small room with bed which took up most of the space. Small shower, Small toilet. Very basic breakfast (not very substatial). One life to get up 6 floors (it was broken one day fortunately we only needed to go down not up). Very close to old town and very close to station so convenient for that. Be aware that if you book via a hotel app then the way in is via a QR code which we didnt get as we didnt book directly so we had to go to a partner hotel by the station (200m away) called the Hôtel La Valiz Lille to get the QR code. You need this to get in. Generally staff were very friendly. Not sure I would stay again as too basic for our needs."

"Super experience. Hair dryer, shampoo, and soap were all provided. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the common areas and breakfast were great. The only drawback was that it stated there would be air conditioning, but there wasn't any, and it got extremely hot in the double mezzanine room."

The location is great, just a short walk from Lille Europe station, and the area felt safe even in the evening. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-designed, with a really comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. Check-in was smooth and the staff were polite and helpful."

"*Hotel rooms are very old compared to other Novotels! * Reservation was made with the child, but they did not prepare the sofa bed. They prepare it in other novotels. *They charged breakfast for the child! Normally the children should be free in Novotels!! I paid 18€ extra!!"

"The outstanding features include private parking, a good location, and a devoted team. The area is very quiet though centrally located. The breakfast is good and diverse though veggies are missing. Ours was a family room on two floors - the first was a sitting area and a restroom, and the second was a bedroom and a bathroom. This is what makes the split layout problematic - after using the restroom, one should ascend to the second floor to wash hands, or if one wishes to visit a bathroom during the night, he has to descend and then go back up, which makes it potentially dangerous on a staircase when sleepy. Other than that, it was a very good stay."
