Great Location near many attractions. Very clean, friendly service and new game room!

Staff was rude … office and pool. Hot-tub was cold .They d’ont like it if you reserve with a third parti and they let you know.Bed was confortable .pool was ok. Breakfast good.. The problem is the staff.

It was a nice motel, clean, nice continental breakfast had a pool but I didn't realize you had to get a towel in the front office before you go to the pool. Only realized it after I swam and was all wet. Other then that no complaints

If you're going for the Ice Castle or to Loon Mountain the hotel is not far from either. Also near the Clark's Trading Post and Cog RR for warmer months. Mainly booked for the indoor pool which our kids had fun in our first day. You can definitely tell the hotel is gear mainly to families with kids as our room had random crayon marks in different places. The pillows weren't comfortable to me and my husband. Besides that the kids loved it and really that all that matters. Also it would have been nice to have gluten free options at the continental breakfast. In the hotel's defense we didn't ask about it because where the breakfast is is quite a distance away from the front desk and there was no staff in the room at the time. So, that would be my only recommendation. As the reduction to have to hunt for food ur kid can eat helps to make any trip more enjoyable. So we just went out to breakfast to Polly's Pancake Polar which was about 18 min north up 95.

I’ve stayed twice recently - both time on the ground floor of the West Wing. Both times, the creaking noise from second floor patrons was excruciating. I thought the first time may have been a fluke, but twice in different rooms… Every time someone above you takes a step, the floors creak. Every. Single. Time. Also, I didn’t break out a measuring tape but I’m pretty sure the beds in my last room were Full, not Queen size.

We stayed here to go to the ice castles. Rooms were clean, pool was great, arcade was fun, and ALL the service ladies were excellent.

I walked in and the room smelled like thick cheap deodorizer, the bathroom floor was dirty and smelled of urine. It looked nothing like the room posted on *******. There were two outside doors to the room and I did not feel safe. I left and booked a bed and breakfast a town over. Absolutely disgusting.

Location was perfect for our visit to the area. The lodge was perfect for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids.

The property has very good location. Corresponds 3 stars although very old and not maintained. Hair dryer in our room didn't work. We have stayed in two bed room cottage and air conditioning was not balanced it was too hot in one of the bed rooms and cool in the other.
