住着可以對得起這個價格。主要是距離辦事的地方稍微近點。價格也便宜室內衞生不錯

馬桶很臟，衞浴水龍頭等都是銹的。牆體很薄，所以隔音確實較差，晚上被隔壁聊天的吵醒好幾次。走廊過道非常窄，所以門外走過人響動很大。

百里銀杏智能酒店好像和百里銀杏連鎖酒店不一樣，特惠房就是距離遠點，一條走廊，走到底，酒店分隔一層板，隔音基本沒有，其他都普通酒店的標配，水壓可以。
